"Moonwatcher." Starflight said. This is it, Moon thought, today is the day I'm marrying Qibli. And she couldn't be happier. "Do you take Qibli to be your husband?"
"I do." Moon replied. She was bursting with excitement. She could barely stay still.
"And Qibli, do you take Moon to be your wife?" Starflight said.
"I do." Qibli replied.
"You may now kiss the bride."
Qibli kissed her, and Moon couldn't believe it. She was marrying Qibli. She would be spending her entire life with him. The dragon she loved. The dragon that could light up her world just by smiling.
"I love you." Moon whispered, a goofy grin on her face.
"I love you too." Qibli replied, grinning back at her.
