Concept:
A man in his late twenties is diagnosed with cancer and is expected to die within months. Now nearing the edge of the end of his life, a numbness overtakes his body. However, quickly it's realized the cancer is a false scare--only the numbness that settled upon him didn't leave, it just sunk deeper unto him.
Quickly his life is overcome by attempts to feel alive, to just feel something--he spends his nights downing bottle after bottle at the local pub until three in the morning, doing white lines until he sees white lights, waking up in a strangers bed or even on the curb of a sidewalk, his memory faded and head hurting.
Then he meets a man, one that's looking for an escape.
