"Jjajjangmyeon, of course-" Jennie said excitedly. "With tangsuyuk... and fried mandu."

"We're telepathic indeed-" Jimin said with a grin. "I already ordered it earlier, I was just testing you."

"You dodged a bullet right there. If you had ordered something western for lunch, I think I may have puked right here on the spot. We ate way too much western food during our honeymoon."

"Of course, I know-" Jimin laughed. "Come, let's go collect the food from the entrance, Jennie-ya. Jisoo-ya, you stay here, alright? We'll be back in a bit. Let's have lunch first before we start work."

Jisoo smiled as she waved goodbye to her friends. "See y'all later."

Every single time Jisoo saw Jennie and Jimin squabbling and laughing together, she couldn't help but wonder about the what if's... What if, Taehyung was still around? Even though he didn't like her, Jisoo still knew that the four of them would have been the best of friends. She just hoped that she wasn't the reason why he left, because she would have been hurt - but not as much as when she found out he dropped out of school and disappeared. She wouldn't mind staying friends with him - she'll just have to watch him from afar and keep her feelings to herself... that was easy.

Well, at least way easier than how life was right now.

Jisoo sighed. She reached down and began mixing the paints together, getting the colours ready for the wall mural. It was her first time painting in a long time - ever since Taehyung had left... she'd probably painted once? Maybe, twice at max? Even then, it was out of frustration and always ended up in tears anyway.

Click!

The door clicked open behind Jisoo a while later, signalling to Jisoo that Jennie and Jimin were back.

"Hurry up, guys-" Jisoo said with her back facing them, taking the chance to wipe away the tears that had filled here eyes while they were gone. "Tell me, is this colour nice?"

There was no response.

"Guys-"

Jisoo turned around, expecting to see Jimin and Jennie standing at the door, precariously balancing the food they had ordered with their hands. But it wasn't them - indeed, a man and a woman stood at the door, staring curiously at Jisoo. The lady was beautiful. She had an exotic kind of beauty - the kind with big round eyes and carefully sculpted features - the kind of beauty that drew people in. She was dressed in a light pink summery dress covered with flowery prints, and wore high heels.
