"Miss!" The cameraman was in shock as Jisoo made her way towards him, glancing around and trying to relocate where Taehyung had gone. "We're trying to take a photo here, where are you going?"
"Yeah! Kim Jisoo, get back here!"
"Ya! Don't block the photo!"
"Is she okay?"
"What is she doing?"
"Get out of the frame if you don't wanna be in the photo!"
"Mental illness."
Under the bright light from the camera equipment and the yelling of the people around her, Jisoo could feel the entire room spinning around her. She turned around in circles, looking for the familiar face she had found earlier, but no matter how she searched, she couldn't find him.

"Kim Taehyung..."
The words slipped out of Jisoo's mouth without her even trying. And for weeks and months and even years, Jisoo had tried, without any success. But today, she was desperate. She wanted to see him, she wanted to see him so bad. Whether it was the fact that she was moving house, or that Jennie and Jimin were getting married, she had been emotionally unstable lately. The dreams had returned too, and for the very first time, she even mistook Seokjin to be him. Jisoo felt like her heart was ripped out of her chest.
She had to see him.
Scanning every corner of the room frantically with tears in her eyes, Jisoo prayed. Jisoo prayed that no matter what it took, that what she saw wasn't a figment of her imagination or an optical illusion or just wishful thinking on her part. She prayed that her first love, her Taehyung was in that room with them at that very moment, coming to see his best friend get married on this very special day.
And then she spotted him.
