"That silly girl-" Taehyung couldn't help but smile as he took an eraser from his pencil case to erase what Jisoo had written. But right before he erased it, he paused. It's not like it bothered him that much anyway, he could leave it there. Taehyung sniffed as he threw his eraser back into his pencil case and continued reading his notes.

"There are also trigonometric graphs, exponential graphs, logistic graphs, logarith... Taehyung's voice trailed away as he came to the end of the line again, and Jisoo's squiggly handwriting came into sight.

If he just left the pencil markings there... it'd fade over time.

Thinking for a while, Taehyung reached across his table and picked up his phone - a second-hand iPhone Jimin had given him on his 18th birthday. He opened the camera and very carefully, took a photo of the words written in pencil.

"Should I send it to her?" Taehyung asked himself aloud. "Why should I send it to her? There's no reason why I should send it to her."

Taehyung hesitated as he put his phone down for a while, still pondering hard.

"I don't like people scribbling things on my book, do I?" Taehyung convinced himself. "If I don't tell her, she may think I like it and she'll keep doing it. I better tell her to stop."

Taehyung picked up his phone again, before a sudden realisation struck him.

He didn't have her number.

Taehyung dropped his phone to the table and stared blankly outside of his window. He couldn't text her, but then again, Jimin said that her Instagram profile was public-

No, he shouldn't. He had criticised Jimin for stalking her online, so if he did the same...

But this was important. And this wasn't stalking, he wanted to contact her, he just didn't have her contact number. Desperate situations called for desperate measures-

Taehyung picked up his phone, tapped on the Instagram App and typed in her name into the search bar. Based on the profile photo, Taehyung could already see that the Jisoo he knew was the one at the top. So he clicked on her username which read @sooyaaa_ and was greeted by a whole wall of beautiful photos.

Noticing a familiar-looking photo, Taehyung clicked on the latest photo Jisoo had posted, which Taehyung recognised at once to be the drawing he had given her earlier that day. The picture was captioned: "I have a lot of love in my heart, I can afford to give you some..."

Taehyung pursed his lips, trying not to think too deeply into her caption. He brushed his thoughts aside as he placed his thumb on his screen once more, to scroll to the next photo-

"Shit-" Taehyung's eyes widened in horror as a red heart popped up on his screen, on Jisoo's photo. Taehyung jumped to his feet, tearing his hair apart for a few seconds. "Shit, shit, shit-"

By the time Taehyung had calmed down enough to unlike the photo, it was way too late.

Taehyung was about to pee in his pants as he clicked on the notification, which led him to his inbox.

Taehyung was quick to jump to his own defence.

Taehyung's heart skipped a beat.

Taehyung grinned.

Taehyung pursed his lips, trying not to smile.

Taehyung's heart raced. He had no idea how to reply, so he just stared at her message for a whole minute, completely forgetting the main reason why he had come onto Instagram in the first place.

Ding!

Another notification came in, and Taehyung hurriedly tapped on the notification icon.

Taehyung froze.
