"And..." Jisoo tried her best to recall what exactly had happened that day. "And then she came in and began telling me about how he could have left on purpose, or could possibly be dead by now since he didn't even contact me, and I flew into a huge rage and yelled at her."
"Why did you yell at her?" Yoongi pursed his lips as he looked up at Jisoo. "Is it because she was saying the wrong things, or because you think she might be right?"
Jisoo bit her lower lip and looked away from Yoongi momentarily. "Because I think she might be right, Dr. Min. And I'm scared. And I hate that she might be right. Because that means that I'll be wrong. And... I don't know what to do if I'm wrong."

"And that explains it." Yoongi shrugged. "Your need to be in control, again. Do you see it yourself, Jisoo-ssi?"
"Mmhmm, I sure do." Jisoo sighed loudly. "But what can I do to stop myself, Dr. Min? Every time I think about him, I always find it hard to control my emotions."
"Call him by his name, Jisoo-ssi." Yoongi suggested. "Instead of always referring to him as 'that guy', call him by his name instead, it'll help with the healing process."
"But it's hard for me to do that..." Jisoo bit her lower lip anxiously. "It's hard..."
"I know it's hard, Jisoo-ssi..." Yoongi said gently. "But the more you avoid calling him by his name, the more power you're giving his absence over you. I know it's hard for you, because of how much sorrow his name alone brings you... but the sooner you start using his name casually, the sooner you'll be able to patch up this hole you have in your heart."
Jisoo furrowed her eyebrows, picking at her fingernails nervously.

Yoongi noticed this, and he picked up a fidget spinner on his table and handed it to Jisoo immediately. It was something he always kept handy on his table because he knew Jisoo had a habit of picking at her nails when she was nervous, and of course, during their counselling sessions, topics that caused her some anxiety would unavoidably be brought up. So a fidget spinner was a good idea - if she had something to do with her hands, then she wouldn't have to pick at and damage her own nails.
