Ending my conversation there I turned off my screen and tried falling asleep once again. This time, the guys finally quited down or at least they private messaged each other after that. I actually already knew I wouldn't be able to go out with them, at weekends I have a shift at two different jobs. The guys don't know that I struggle with money - basically no one at school knows. They all think I have a normal life and just a part time job to get some pocket money - now - normally you'd think that as my best friends they should know about my situation and I shouldn't keep things like this from them but.. I'm not looking for pity from people. Of course I know not all people are like that but it's better to blow on cold water than then get burnt by it.
After clearing my mind and setting a rough plan for tomorrow's day I turned on my side and hoped to fall asleep in a matter of minutes instead of hours like usual.
