CHAPTER 52

*HEY LI'L BREEZY! LEMME SHOW YOU HOW TO KEEP DA DICE ROLLING WHILE YOU'RE DOING YOU THING OVER THERE HOMIE! *beat beat beat* LETS GOOOOO!! CAUSE I'M FEELING LIKE I'M RUNNING AND I'M FEELING LIKE I GOTTA GET AWAY GET AWAY GET AWAY..." I grabbed my phone and turned off the noisy alarm

Yup I used look at me now as my alarm ringer because just a beep won't wake me up, trust me, it'll make me sleep even more. I glanced at the time and it read 6:45

"Oh is it morning already?" I groaned and sluggishly pulled myself out of bed "I hate school arghhh!" I growl and stomp towards the bathroom, I got in, took a shower, wrapped a towel around my body and cautiously walked into the room, because I'm sure as hell Kor El can appear at anytime.

I checked through my wardrobe, the nerdy clothes stood to the left and the fashionista ones to the right, I decided to mix them both, i picked out a casual T-shirt, some denim jeans, my usual big cardigan, and topped it up with my fashionable silver stiletto heels, don't blame me, I just want to try out some stupid dress styles.

After getting everything in order, I picked up my silver purse and walked out of the room locking it behind me.

I got to the locker hallway and everyone stared at me like I just jumped out of an alien magazine, some laughed others just shook their head in pity but hey, I wanted to look odd so I'm basically enjoying the attention.

I went to my first class, English with Mr Iylkwitz, when I sat down, I picked up my phone and began reading a book on an app.

It was lunch time and I successfully looked past Kyle's surprising behaviour during our classes together, I got my lunch and sat down on an empty table, trying much to console my poor broken heart, more like shattered heart.

"What's wrong with you?" I turned my head to face a concerned looking Dazzle

"Huh?" I asked confused

"You've been awfully quiet since yesterday, and yesterday's act you pulled off, punching Vaira and all..." She laughed and I smiled "... That was meant to be my role to play you know." She laughed again and continued seriously "okay so seriously what did you mean by Kyle not only hurting you but rubbing it on your face?" She asked looking intently at me

"Have you noticed Vaira and Kyle recently? Its just like Kyle's spirit was switched. He's been acting weird and annoying lately." I said and bit into my lasagna

"Speaking of Kyle and Vaira, what's been going on between those two? Because I know Kyle he'll not just go out with that type of girl, he despises her type, hell you're the only girl I've seen Kyle date and even kiss." That part hurt me, we haven't even been broken up for a week and he's already moved on.

"Yeah... What's up with the both of them?" Clark piped in and sat too

"Guys I don't know how to put this but... Its not my place to tell." I said

"Oh wow, secrets from your best friend." Daszle said and folded her arms

"I'm sorry but I can't say anything, you're my best friend but you don't even know much about me, Kyle is the only one that knows almost everything about me." I said and I saw hurt flash through her eyes

"Oh great, I don't know much about you because you  don't bother to tell!" She said flailing her arms

"You don't tell me about yourself either." I countered

"Oh really? Apart from the fact that I'm from New York, I am an only child, I'm your age mate and I live in USA, what else is there to tell you? Nothing because my life is boring! There I said it, and I don't keep secrets from you, I tell you everything! But I see you don't trust me enough to tell me anything." She said and folded her arms, staring me dead in the eyes.

"I'm sorry Daszle, its just that my life is complicated, I don't know where to start." I said

"How about from the beginning, when you got here?" Clark piped in, I even forgot he was here

"I can't." I said and continued

"Oh hey! Why was Kyle chasing you down the hallways yesterday? And why did he look like he was out for blood?" Clark asked

"Okay so this is where few things become open, it should stay within us, don't want anyone else finding out about this." I said and the both of them nodded

"Okay so Clark that person you saw in the hallway wasn't Kyle." I said and he laughed like a maniac gaining unnecessary attention, not like he doesn't already have attention but he was gaining the attention of Kyle and stupid Vaira

"Then who was it? His 'oh so evil' twin bro?" He asked

I had to ask Kor El about this, should I tell them? Let me try speaking to him with my thoughts and just hope he hears me

'Kor El! Kor El!!'
'Yeah pretty? How'd you know I'd be listening?'
'Cut the crap, can I tell I and Kyle's best friends about you? '
'Yeah sure'
'You sure about that?'
'Of course, tell up and see their reactions. I'm out.'

Okay so I can tell...

"As a matter of fact, yes." I said and his jaw almost hit the floor

"Hey I'm sure you don't want to catch flies so close up." Daszle said and pushed his jaw upwards "what do you mean twin brother? All my life I never knew Kyle has a twin and we've been together in this school for years before you showed up." She added

"Yeah and you didn't know he was a prince either, I'm the one that found out about that, only because he wanted us to find out. I know you don't believe me but there's a lot of things Kyle is hiding." I said and Clark looked pale

"Yeah! Babe, our best friends are both hiding things from us." Daszle said as she rubbed Clark's back

"Yeah, I'm sorry about that, I'll tell you soon though." I said

"Better be soon enough." Daszle countered

"Wait! That Kyle's twin as you said, does he have superpowers or something, because he was so fast to catch that baseball bat I wanted to use on him, he also had some weird strength to hold me up by my neck." He said looking surprised

"What?!" Daszle shrieked

"Yeah b he's saying the truth, I was there but I have no idea if he has super strength."

The bell rang and it was time for my free period, I decided to go to Lakes ville garden and see what makes it special

On my way there I heard something, more like someone's footsteps I turned around but no one was following me, I just rushed back to the school's hallway, and then to the library, don't wanna die like the stupid blonde in horror movies now...

I sat there till the bell was rung again, then I made my way to my Chemistry class with Wexler and Kyle ughrrr I face palmed.

After chemistry, I went to my room and laid on the bed, being exhausted and tired and angry

"How was class?" I jumped out of the bed and landed on the floor at the sound of that voice

"Kor El! You need to stop doing that!" I yelled

"Yeesh!" He said and sat on  my desk chair

"Today was so stressful, having to hide things from best friends and the only one that knows about it all was ignoring me, I ignored him too so we're even." I said and Kor El laughed
