A smile was shown on my face once a saw a familiar man approaching me.
"Hello~," I said as I drank my strawberry milkshake.
"I missed you so much, sis."
"Same." I chuckled as he looked around to see if somebody recognized him.
"I am still wondering how did you manage to get out of hell."
"I have my way. But first, please help me with something."
"I know what you are trying to do already." He sighed. "You will never give up on him, will you?"
I shook my head and he sighed again. I was determined to find him, probably nothing can stop me from doing that.
"What do you need?"
"I need a car."
Jimin brought me to a private boxing gym his best friend own, also where he learned the movements in his action scenes.
A pretty muscular man came into my sight with droplets of sweating dripping off his chin. His plain white shirt is drained by sweat. He looked friendly though, he has a handsome face for sure. But what grabbed my attention the most is his relatively wide shoulders.
"Hi, my name is Kim Seokjin. Nice to meet you." He stretched out his hand for a shake. I responded with a smile grabbing his hands in my hand. "I am Yeona. Nice to meet you too." He smiled showing his full lips.
"Jimin, your sister sure is pretty." I smiled sheepishly at his compliment. I can already tell he is a sociable person. "Don't ever think of it, there's a boy that she crazily loves."
"Oh, couldn't it be me?" He laughed at himself after saying it. Jimin and I just stood there looking at him. "Don't mind him, he is a little bit... yeah you know."
"Anyway," Jimin put his hands together, "Hyung, my sister wants to learn some skills for uhh.. self-defense or something." Jimin shrugged and i nodded.
"I want to be good at fighting," I added and Jin's eyes widened at my sudden statement.
"Umm.. can i know for what purpose? I mean, i don't want you to go on to streets and beat random people after learning the skills." He chuckled.
"It's just for in case. I might need the skills when i find someone."
"So i suppose you are going to be in danger?" Jin asked, "Exactly." I nodded again.
"Okay, no problem." I smiled as he said so.
"Excellent!" Jin exclaimed as i succeed in doing a high kick. It has been more a week since i came to this gym now. I lived in a motel near the gym, Jimin helped me with it. He also kept his mouth completely shut when Dad and Mom questioned him where i was. Fortunately, they haven't found me.
I've been spending every day here developing my skills. I am pretty confident to say i am a capable fighter now. Other than that, I drew closer to Jin. He wasn't as weird as i thought. He is optimistic, cheerful and a very humorous person. I laughed very often when i am around him.
"Here." Jin handed me a bottle of water as i sat down next to him.
"Thanks."
"When are you starting your journey to find him?"
"Tomorrow."
"So soon?" I nodded.
"I'm gonna miss you, beanie." He squeezed my face and i just laughed.
"You really love him so much, huh?" He asked me. "Yeah, i guess." I looked at the floor thinking of him. Haven't seen him for weeks, I wonder if he is living well, is he even still alive?
"What makes him so special?"
"I don't really know... he is just special to me. I feel like the happiest person in the world when i am with him. There's nothing more important than getting him back. I don't think if i can be okay if i lose him."
"Love makes people blind, now that i see it's so true."
"Maybe. But i don't regret running after him even if he left me."
He nodded and I stood up from my seat.
"Wish me good luck."
When will they meet again:(...
Love makes people blind, we sacrifice everything for them and we just don't regret it at all.
Sometimes we would think we are stupid back then, but think twice, it wasn't.
It didn't turn out like how we wanted to but at least it was beautiful, i guess.
