But the girl was already hurrying away. Taehyung watched as she dashed away, hugging the pile of books closely to her chest. "Have a great day" and "fighting" were not things Taehyung would usually say if someone knocked into him, especially when they were the ones who were fooling around. But much to Taehyung's surprise, this girl had said it. And somehow, that intrigued Taehyung.
"Ya-" Jimin tapped Taehyung on the shoulder with a a cheeky grin on his face. "Kim Taehyung, you find her cute, don't you? The girl you just bumped into."
"Huh?" Taehyung snapped back to reality and continued walking, pretending like nothing had just happened at all. "Which girl? What girl?"

"The girl you were just watching run away." Jimin smirked as he poked his friend in the shoulder. "I think she's pretty cute."
"Cute?" Taehyung frowned and shrugged. "Nah, I didn't even notice what she looked like."
"She's cute, bro." Jimin sighed, patting Taehyung on the back. "If you claim to not have seen her face properly, why were you watching her so intently when she ran away just a while ago?"
"No, I wasn't."
"Uh huh-" Jimin smirked. "You were."
"No, I wasn't."
"Mmhmm, you were."
"No-"
"Yeah."
"Fine, I was, so what?" Taehyung admitted agitatedly. "I'm just not too used to someone telling me to have a nice day after I bumped into them. You know, people usually end things off with a glare or something? But she was really nice about it."

"What?" Taehyung spluttered, evidently bewildered by Jimin's wild speculations. "I just said she was... special, that's all. I didn't mean anything else, really."
"Special, huh..." Jimin sniggered softly. "Looks like spring has finally arrived for my dear Taehyung-ie... I wonder if I'll have to have meals alone from now on..."
