"I freaking hate Math," Jimin groaned as he dragged himself towards the Natural Sciences department building. "Even the name disgusts me... Ma- M- M- Mat- M- I can't even say it-"
"I think you've come up with at least thirteen thousand ways to express your disgust by now, Park Jimin," Taehyung said with a small giggle. "It's been two whole years, dude, I think it's high time you gave up complaining and resign yourself to your fate. You're a Science student, so having a good foundation in Math is like... really important."
"But that's utter bull, isn't it?" Jimin whined. "Why do all of us Physics, Chemistry and Biology students have to take Math? It's not like, it'll come in handy in the future."
"That's true for the Chemistry and Biology students," Taehyung conceded, turning around to talk to Jimin face to face as he walked backwards. "But you're a Physics major, Jimin-ah, and to be fair, Physics is actually pretty highly correlated to Math. It'll probably come in handy someday in the future."
Jimin rolled his eyes. "No, it won't."

"But aren't you happy?" Taehyung smirked. "At least you can take this lesson with me- woah!"
Because Taehyung wasn't looking in front and neither was Jimin looking out for him, as he walked backwards, he accidentally bumped into someone at that very moment and lost his balance. Quickly finding his footing once more, he turned around quickly and bowed profusely.
"Sorry, I'm so sorry-" Taehyung looked up, and was immediately greeted by a girl with long hair, big round eyes and a bright smile. Taehyung raised his eyebrows and bowed a few more times as he bent down to pick up one of the books the girl had dropped. "I'm so sorry, I really didn't mean to-"
"That's okay-"
Their hands brushed against each other's momentarily as they reached towards a book. They both looked up instantly, momentarily locking eyes. Eventually, Taehyung looked away awkwardly, pulling his hand back as he stood back up. "Oh- I'm really sorry about that."

The girl picked up her books quickly and got to her feet as well, bowing a couple of times. "That's alright, I wasn't paying attention too. I'm really sorry, have a great day, fighting!"
