Your judge could not submit their reviews in time. They have recently been unresponsive to any messages. I am sorry to inform you that this means your books have not been judged.
Again, we are both sorry about this. We don't have many judges and so if one has to drop out, it impacts the whole genre. Because your books were not judged, you can enter the same one again next year, if you wish.
