"I don't know his name but I heard he's cute. Don't you want a taste of him?" Jess winks.

I shook my head.

"I'm taking a rest from all these testorones. It's getting annoying and I don't want to go to college with an STD in my records" I say.

"That's great, I guess." She says as we open out lockers which was next to each other.

"So, how's things with Jason?" I ask, grinning.

A dreamy sigh escapes her lips as she leans on her locker.

"He's perfect. I never thought there were guys like him until I met Jason." She says.

I chuckled at her.

Suddenly, Jess' eyes widen at the back of me.

"I think that's him." She points behind me.

I turn around and there he is.

But he isn't all smiley and smirky like he was last night.

He's frowning with a resting bitch face and instead of the soft blue hoodie, he is rocking a white shirt underneath black leather jacket.

I turned around quickly, afraid he would recognise me.

"Like I said, STD-less record." I said, repeating my words from earlier as I looked at Jess nervously.

It was lunch time now and I'm eating a rice salad.

"The new kid is hanging out with Josh and his friends." Jessica says.

"You're kidding me, right?" I say but she shook her head and points at them.

I inaudibly groaned and roll my eyes.

"What's wrong? Didn't you like him?" She asks.

I took out my phone and showed her his text.

"Damn. What a...nice way to tell a girl to take a hint." She comments.

I sigh and kept my phone in my purse.

"So, aren't you gonna fuck him?" One of the girls, I think her name is Brianna? I don't remember but she's one of those fake friends.

"No." I simply stated.

"Then, can I?" She smirked.

"Am I your mom, now? I know you talk shit about me behind my back and you fucked Josh last week and no, I don't like him anymore." I snapped with an attitude. "You're just an insecure bitch who needs someone like me to keep you relevant. It's annoying and obnoxious so fuck off."

She flushed red and huffs before leaving the table and going wherever.

Silly girl.

"You really know how to put someone in their place." Jess comments, doing something on her phone.

"It's what I do." I say.

"Oh my Gucci heels!" Jess shrieked.

"What?" I ask, finishing my food.

"They're official." She whispers.

"Who?" I say, already knowing the answer.

"Josh and Jade." She whispers, looking up at me.

I pursed my lips and stayed silent.

"No way." A girl says.

"That's absurd." Another one says.

"But she's a freak." One sneers.

No, she's actually really pretty.

"Shut up. Your voices are hurting my head." I snap, standing up.

"Are you okay?" Jess asks.

I give her an assuring smile but stay silent.

I grab my stuff and walked away but someone bumped into me, spilling her food all over my top.

I breathed heavily as I grimaced at the sticky liquid on me.

Spaghetti?!

I glanced at the wide eyed girl who had a panicking look in her eyes.

"I-I'm so sorry." She stuttered.

"Are you blind?!" I exclaimed, angrily.

I was ready to lash out at her but my eyes met Axel's.

"Watch where you're going." I deadpanned, quietly.

I grit my teeth and clenched my fists before stomping away from the prying eyes.

I swallowed hard and pushed through the door of the washroom.

There was a girl in there, washing her hands.

I glared at her.

"Out." I snapped.

She scurried out the washroom leaving me all alone.

I sighed and started trying to clean the mess but ended up with a reddish stain.

It didn't help that I was wearing a white top.

I took off my top and changed into a spare top I had in my purse.

I touched up a little of my make up before staring at my reflection in the mirror.

Jade came out of one of the stalls and looked at me through the mirror.

"What?" I snapped.

She shook her head.

She washes her hands as I I just ignored her.

"You know, I pity you." She starts.

I glance at her with narrowed eyes.

"Excuse me, miss I-dress-like-garbage-can?" I defended.

She rolls her eyes at me.

"See you at the dinner." She says and walks out.

I scoff at her craziness.

"She's finally lost it." I muttered.

Weirdo.

I shook my head and left the washroom.
