Now Bulbasaur use Vine Whip-Ash commanded

Bulba-Bulbasaur says using it's Vine Whip

Fly up and dodge it-Richie commands

Then use Sleep Powder-Ash commanded

Saur-Bulbasaur says using Sleep Powder and tries to get Charizard to fall asleep but it doesn't work since it's so high up on the air
