You came and talked
Like a lawyer
hurting us all with your words.
Walking across the room
To make your statement
Knowing you were wrong
We regreted your presence.
Now it's time to leave
Serving the punishment
Of the crimes you had made.
I observed your mood
While you walked out the door
Felling bold and guilty
Yet able to defend.
I know it was hard
To say goodbye
But I'm possible
To welcome you back.
