The Elements

Chapter Two: My Element

I put a headband on that morning to hide my gash, like anyone would care anyway...

"Dylan! Dylan! Dylan! Dylan." Leia said to me running over.

"Hi Leia..." I said.

"What did you do to your head?" She asked.

"None of your business." I said to her and walked away, but she followed.

"Go away Leia, you're not my friend!" I yelled at her.

She started to cry, i felt bad. "I'm kidding! I said. Just don't question what I did to my head please, I have to get to class, bye." I said.

"Okay, bye!" She yelled and waved as I walked away.

I had a huge headache, but it was fine, I would go home soon.

It was a really long day, I was in my last class, when I got a huge migraine and I started grunting in class. The teacher didn't care and just went on with class. "Can you stop Dylan?" The teacher asked me.

"No... I can't..." I said and then passed out. 

I woke up in the nurse's office.

"Are you okay?" The nurse asked me.

"Now I am." I said.

"Well school is over." She said.

"Can I call my dad to come pick me up please." I said.

"Yes." She said.

I called my dad to come get me, but he was at the club. "I thought you were done clubbing?" I said to my dad angrily. 

"I'm Sorry Dyl, I promise I will by the end of the week." He said.

"You better, or I'm going to live with mom." I said.

"Okay, I will, I will come pick you up right now." He said.

"Okay." I said.

He came and picked me up and took me home. When I got home I took a nap. And when I woke up I went on a walk to the alleyway.

"Where were you?" Jet said when I got there. "I've been waiting for two hours!" She yelled at me.

"Please, this is the last thing I need, I've had a long day, now what do you want?" I asked.

"I want to tell you about my little club. You met the leader the other day. But first, I know that your family doesn't like elements, but do-"

"I like elements." I said. "My favorites are the water and light elements."

"Okay." She said seeming interested.

"Then I will tell you about our club then, it's only two at the moment, but you can become the third." Jet said.

"What is all of this about elements and stuff." I said.

"Our club is for the six elements, you see, I'm the dark element. And the leader is the light element." Jet said.

"And you think I'm one of the elements?" I said with a chuckle.

"Yup. We have a tracker to try and find the other elements, we haven't found the other elements yet, but our tracker says that you have the water elements in you, it tracks the element inside of you, because when you were born, the elements found you and went inside of you, and you have the power of water." Jet said. "You just haven't found out your powers yet." Jet said.

"Cool! What powers do you have?" I asked Jet.

"I only have a few, because I'm fourteen." Jet said.

"What are they?" I asked.

"I can make a small portal to a different universe about the size of an apple, and I can make a back hole about the size of a clock." Jet said.

"Can you show me?" I asked her.

"No, she can't." A voice said.

"Oh, Arell, didn't see you..." Jet said.

"Hello, Dylan, Jet why are you talking with her?" Arell asked Jet.

"I was asking her if she liked elements, just because her family doesn't, doesn't mean she won't like them too. And she likes elements!" Jet said.

"Oh, well did you tell her about the club?" Arell asked Jet.

"Yes she did." I said. "And I know that I am the water element." I said.

"Well that's good, because I think we may have found the earth element." Arell said.

"Really?" Jet said."

"Yes." Arell said. "Let's take Dylan to the building, and discuss this more."
