"I asked because we're bestfriends, Seul. That's why." He smiled his notorious boxy-shaped smile, one that is very contagious, indeed. "Instead of spending Valentine's Day alone while crying over a dumb guy, just spend it with me. You have a much greater chance of laughing rather than sobbing, anyways."

Her heart jumped a couple hurdles at the preposition, although the reasoning behind it was unknown.

"I know that we've spent Valentine's Day together before, but why don't we do something different this time? Like, I don't know, maybe go somewhere instead of playing video games in our pajamas all afternoon?"

Seulgi's smile blossomed into an adorable grin, and Taehyung couldn't help but mentally note that he missed seeing it.

Like he mentioned before, her smile did look the best on her, anyways.

"Okay, but we should still play video games today. It's Friday, after all."

"Wish granted. Now, where shall we—"

"Yah! You two lovebirds getting on the bus or what? Time ain't stopping for you two to have a little chat!" The bothered bus driver protested, causing Taehyung and Seulgi to jump at the use of the heightened tone. In the midst of their conversation, they had totally forgotten that they were holding up a stationary bus.

The pair of best friends looked at each other and burst out into a fit of laughter.

"Uh, no, mister, sorry about that. We'll be walking." Taehyung piped up, and with his free hand, he rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.

The driver rolled his eyes and closed the doors in frustration. In a blink of an eye, he was racing out of the school's complex, leaving the duo to cackle, once more.

The teenagers' laughter soon subsided, so Seulgi, then, commented, "guess he's having a bad day, too."

"Apparently."

"So, where were you thinking on going, hm?"

"I don't know, I haven't thought that far ahead."

Seulgi ruminated, and then mentioned, "do you remember that art exhibition near the Bangtan Museum that we wanted to go to a few weeks ago, but never did?"

"Yeah." Taehyung recalled why. Her and Jimin had a little date that day. It did irk him, but he didn't think much of it. As long as she was happy, he couldn't be upset. His own selfish feelings wouldn't get in the way of that; he would never let it. "What about it?"

"I heard there's another one tonight at six, if you're up for it."

"What? How'd you know this and I didn't?"

"I saw the sign the other day in the plaza, but I forgot to mention it to you."

"Shit, what time is it now?" Taehyung felt a surge of energy at the news. He was practically buzzing with excitement. He couldn't believe he had overstepped such a notice, though. He and Seulgi enjoyed art in its fullest, and sometimes he thought he loved it a little more, so he was appalled at the fact that she found out before him.

It seems that after the last exhibition hangout with Seulgi was cancelled, he wasn't up to date with it anymore. He always figured that if it wasn't with her, he may as well not go at all.

It wasn't the same without her.

"It's only three; we have time, Tae." Seulgi laughed at his exhilaration. She was always fond of how similar her and Taehyung were. It was almost weird how many things they enjoyed together. Although its one of the few things that they had in common, their interests and their hobbies were identical.
