Nandini had decorated the garden for Mom dad as well and had called both our parents.
I could see her eyes sparkle like stars. And trust me that's all I wanted.
Being a father has always been a dream for me. I love kids. Having my own child would be so so amazing.
"Kuch logo ke saath sirf waqt bitane seh hi sabkuch sahi ho jata hai" Said Aditi on tv as Nandini was watching her all time favourite YJHD after we came back from garden.
The dialogue made so much sense as I looked at her.
"Manik" Nandini whined as I switched off the tv.
"Tell me everything, How did you get to know about this" I said pointing at her stomach.
"So yesterday I realised that I missed my pms,aur pata hai thode din se mujhe khatta khane ka bhi bohot mann kar raha tha so all this symptoms made me think about taking the test and I did" She said and I couldn't help but hug her.
I hugged her very very tightly. Everything about her is what I love.
And now we've another tiny darling or handsome inside this tiny darling.
"You'll always be my first baby" I whispered in her ears.

I had called everyone to our house at night saying it was something important.
All of them must be here anytime now. The garden was decorated according to my instructions luckily with the help of kaka.
Me and manik were in the garden doing our photoshoot on my demand.
"You being a public figure don't like getting clicked seriously" I said whining as Manik was throwing tantrums.
"I love being clicked but just once, Tumhe pichle do saal se khich rhi ho photos aur satisfactory nai hai photo manik bole jaa rhi ho" He said mimicking me.
I hit him on his arm.
"Chalo last time" I said and pulled him in for a photo.
"Mein abb nahi khichwa raha" He said and started going away.
I stopped him holding his arm and he twirled me and we heard a click sound.
"Candids are always the best" Said one of our butlers who was clicking us with a smile on his face.
And he actually was right. We saw the outcome and it couldn't have been better.

I captioned it and posted it.
"Kaminoooo" I heard our people shouting at us as they might have seen the decoration when they entered.
I could see tears in our parents eyes. We ran and hugged all at the same time.
A group hug.
"Manik kitna bada ho gaya tu" I heard mom telling Manik ruffling his hair
"Love you" I heard dad telling him.
I could feel tears forming in my eyes as my parents came and hugged me too.
"Kutte" Cabir said as he jumped on manik's back.
We all laughed.
"Yeh kya huaa, Kaise huaa, Kab huaaa" Sang Navya and Bhai and came and hugged me as I glared at them.

"Aditi sahi kehti thi, Kya jaldi jaldi bade ho gye na humlog" Mukti said quoting Aditi's dialogue as everybody knows it's my favourite.
She was right. Kya jaldi jaldi bade ho gaye na humlog.
We were all sitting in garden after getting done with dinner. Emotional.
"Yeh kamina baap banega, Can you imagine" Dhruv said.
We all died laughing as Manik face palmed his face.
"Kyaaa" Mukti asked still laughing.
"Aree Matlab bachpan mein, We've changed guys now" Manik said and I side hugged him laughing.
I looked at everyone laughing in the room and realized how I missed it.
Happy days are back. Touchwood.

All the "tu jab baap banega tab tujhe pata chalega" and "tere bache honge tab tujhe samajh aayega" which mom and dad used to tell me were going to be experienced by me very soon.
I just couldn't take the smile off my face.
"Hey daddy-to-be" Nandini said wrapping her arms around me from the back as I was standing in the balcony.
I smiled more. I turned around and wrapped my arms around her.
"Thank you baby" I said kissing her forehead.
"Thank you so so much, You've given me the best present" I said and she smiled and kissed my heart.
"You're ready right? For the baby" She asked.
Uff, Overthinker.
"Of course, idiot" I said and she laughed.
"I'm more than ready and happy" I said.
"Tomorrow we'll go for check up haa,to doctor" I said and she nodded.
I just hope everything remains as happy as it is now.
