Chapter:4 Meeting with best friend

He was hating it. It was pure hell to wake up in the early morning especially on a Saturday, after all the weekend he spent giving customer service and coffee and getting scolded for spoiling a guy's shirt with a coffee by not so careless tripping, after all that guy was an asshole. He was so going to kill Taehyung for dragging him to the mall. Well...speak of the devil here he comes. "Yoongi- ah! you're already here?" Taehyung asks sitting opposite to him. "That's because you were so kind to make me wait" Yoongi said with a sarcastic tone." Aww... Come on I really was stuck in the traffic." Taehyung said not so truthfully, Yoongi noticed and he voices his thoughts "Don't tell me you saw a cute kid and was playing with that child" Taehyung's eyes grew wide apart "how did you know?"
Yoongi just smirked and said "I have know you for 2 years, you jerk."
Taehyung huffed at that and pouted making Yoongi forget that he was just going to scold him for pulling him away from his paradise, his bed. Taehyung just then sighed causing Yoongi to frown seeing  the usually happy- go- lucky Taehyung looked a little dull. "It's just that I wanted to tell you something.." Taehyung started and Yoongi asked him to proceed. "I am getting married" Yoongi's eyes widen this time. "What!?" He shrieked earning questioning glares from others. Taehyung knew his friend was going to have this reaction. He just shook his head and looked at Yoongi, who now calmed down and was trying to listen." So... My father's friend just proposed this marriage between his son and me and my father just agreed" Taehyung looked away knowing well what his friend Yoongi was going to ask him next "and you didn't say anything?"  Taehyung winced at the cold tone. Yoongi did not like his father, not one bit. He knew what a selfish man his father was. Taehyung continued  "it's fine by me. You know after what happened I knew I wanted a change and I think I'm getting old.." Yoongi gave up, he shook his head and just sighed. Taehyung gave him a guilty smile and Yoongi wore a serious expression "but I swear if he is going to hurt you in anyway I'm going to kill him" Taehyung chuckled at his friend's concern. He was happy to have someone who really cares about his well-being and loved him for who he is. They both love the other and became pillars of support for each other. Yoongi then smirked Taehyung knew it was not gonna be good. " So ...do you like this guy?" His playful voice rang in Taehyung's ears. "It's not like that! he seemed very sweet though and looks really nice.." Taehyung cut himself off when he thought about their first meeting, blushing. Yoongi noticed "well, someone is going to be whipped" he coos at a red Taehyung. "Shut up!" Taehyung whisper yells and gets up "ya!! Where you going?" Yoongi shouts back thinking he did something wrong. He gets up and follows him.
Taehyung  gathered himself together and turned to Yoongi and voiced a ' let's shop! '. Yoongi had no choice but to agree.

By the time both the besties finished shopping, they were tired. As Yoongi was sitting on a bench, a pair of legs came in front of him. He looked up and saw the same brat he had spilled coffee on that day. The brunette just smirked and sat down beside him. "Well, isn't it the same guy who spills coffee on people?" That man asks. Yoongi just nodded not really interested in indulging this man. But the guy was either too dumb not to understand or just ignored his lack of interest. He grabbed Yoongi's shoulder and made him face him. "Let's introduce ourselves shall we, Yoongi?" He smiles making Yoongi think he was bipolar or something?. But before he could ponder any further the brown haired continued "Hi, I'm Jung Hoseok and I'm studying in the same University you attend." Yoongi was taken aback, how come he never saw him before, he can't blame anyone for not interacting with people. Then he realized,  "how do you know my name?" He asked and smiled unconsciously when Hoseok blushed a little, 'cute' he thought, wait what...?!
Both of them were broken from their awkward moment when Taehyung's enquiries were heard  "Yoongi who is this?" Yoongi looked at him and then turned to Hoseok who now looking at Taehyung's confused face which matching his own. Yoongi chucked but nevertheless proceeded  "He is a guy who I met while I was at my work" Taehyung nodded and shook Hoseok's hand with a smile. "It's nice to meet you I'm Taehyung this idiot's best friend" Yoongi frowned at his nickname. Hoseok smiled at him introducing himself too.

After what felt like a entire day the three separated to go to their own houses when Taehyung's mother called him to come back home. They exchanged their numbers and left. Now, Taehyung and Yoongi was in his car when Taehyung smiled a knowing smile "why are you smiling idiot?" Yoongi asked. Taehyung just smiled wickedly. Yoongi had a bad feeling. "He seems to like you" Taehyung stated matter of factly. Yoongi scowled knowing well who he was referring to. "No he doesn't, we literally just met  like the day before " Yoongi stated. Taehyung just chuckled  waving his hand. "Whatever you say" Yoongi was tired so he just let him be.
Now that he was thinking, Hoseok did know his name and that both of them were studying in the same University. He smiled at it. He really did think Hoseok was really sweet and not to forget, his smile which could rival the sun and still win. Taehyung observed Yoongi's face which was looking outside the window, an excuse to hide the smile taking over his face. Taehyung really felt happy for his friend and truth be told he didn't really get a bad vibe from Hoseok. He seemed pretty good.
Now he was wondering why his mother had called....
