It's been a while hasn't it? Sorry for it being so long >.> I'm finally back with an update! This however is not an update
I am making this part to help explain my version of the Trench universe.
I can't explain everything because it will contain major spoilers for future chapters but this is to just help you understand what this universe is so far
Once this book ends I will explain the whole universe as to help with getting what I was portraying in this fanfic.
With that being said, I'll explain all about this world so far!
Dema is located in an unknown location
It was created by an unknown person who has created the Dema world and the bishops
The bishops job is to collect those who need to be brought to Dema. Those being mainly those who are stuck in a depressed state. They as well created the rules of Dema
Those under the bishops obviously have lower class, the "patients" being the lowest class.
If you disobey one of the rules of Dema, it results in punishment. Through disobeying a rule of Dema, a mark will appear on your skin in a random spot, showing the rule code and name you disobeyed (Ex: When Trois was running away from Keons, she showed the mark that was present on her back, labeling her has a failed perimeter escape by the Dema Council aka the Bishops)
Each person is assigned a bishop, one that has bought them here. For examples, it's shown how Tyler's bishop is Nico, Josh's is Listo, and Y/N's is Keons. That's all I will say for now on that matter but you can speculate on some of the other details I left out
There is a lot of secrets to Dema. Most to all are hidden away in the secret archives and is protected by Metoge. This will be a pretty big plot point later on.
Dema does not host all whom are depressed or suicidal.
Little spoiler: Tyler and Josh do play a larger role than patients in Dema
^^^^Thats the only hint/spoiler I will give on that matter
Jenna will be included in this fanfic, but not for now ;3
Metoge's name is made up of lyrics from a TØP song like the Bishops (I won't tell you which! That's up for you to decipher!)
The bishop specific arcs will come to play a bigger role later on 👀
