Hey hey hey I am backkk
Sorry for taking a bit for this chapter
Writer's Block is terrible ;-;
I also was very busy and had no
motivation to do this chapter
But don't worry here it is!
It's most likely crappy though
Tho I really had a lot of creativity the past few days and finished the whole thing while starting to write future chapters
Maybe next week I can post two chapters instead of one :)
I hope so ;-;
I am starting to set up future chapters and I'm hoping to make this book at least 20+ chapters long
I know most people enjoy longer fanfics :)
Anyway I'll stop ranting now and let's get on with Chapter 4 ^^
*two weeks later*
Y/N's POV:
It has been almost two weeks since the people in red cloaks brought us here
The others and I had to stay down in this basement like area for a while until we got to our normal behaviors
After two weeks, Me, one of the girls, Harper and one of the boys, Vincent were freely able to leave
As for the others, they stayed down there, unable to leave just yet. Let us just pray that they come to the surface soon
After those weeks down there I almost forgot what the outside world looked like. How exactly did I even end up here? Who was I? Why was I here?
I can only remember vivid images of my past. Some were just small details and others were things I wished I could've forgot. I started to think what could I have been missing in this huge puzzle but decided on piecing it together later.
What's more important is finally seeing what this so called place was
The doors open and I immediately run out, hoping to see such a bright beautiful world only to be met with almost the exact same mood as that basement was like.
Everything was dark and dull. It felt almost like a Tim Burton movie so some sort. The human world of The Corpse Bride? That would be the best definition. Parts of the huge corridor I exited were dusty. Paint was peeling off most of the walls and the building looked as if it could collapse any moment.
Before I could keep looking around, one of the Red Cloaked men tugged us three forward. They take us out of the building to be met with a gloomy sky.
I look around at surrounding buildings. There had to be over 30 of them at the most. They all looked circular to the 9 large pipe shaped buildings in the middle, all different sizes.
There doesn't seem to be much else to point out. There are a couple of people walking around, all wearing similar clothes to everyone else. They all for the most part have the same empty expression on their faces. Staring up as the Red Cloaks brought us to one of the many buildings here. Vincent and Harper are dropped off in two seperate rooms, I being the last to go to room 1824.
"This will be your room, Y/N L/N. You will only be addressed by your number, 1824. Be back here at 10:00 exactly every night or else there will be consequences. You will wake at 6:00 every morning to awaken for food. You will not attempt to leave and you will not do anything to disobey the applied rules to be able to have access to DEMA." Red Cloak...lets say #9 handed me a packet with a long list of rules for this place apparently called "DEMA"
