"Hope?" Henry said, his eyes full of tears, "What happened to you? Some woman took you, I thought you were dead!"

"Yeah... it's hard to understand that's my name since some lady snatched me so she could get a lot of money and I was trafficked over too Kenya in Eastern Africa... then taken too Asembo where I was then illegally adopted by a nice family who didn't realise it was illegal... I've lived with them in the really small village for as long as I can remember..." Hope said

"What did they name you?" Henry asked, smiling

"Alena..." Hope said, "So... I was kidnapped and illegally adopted in a country that's 14 hours away?" 

"That's a nice name and yes... I didn't know what too do! I was only 8!" Henry said, "I'm so sorry!"

"It's not your fault! I've always felt lonely and I always wished for a big brother and now I have one!" Alena (Hope) said

"Yeah... what should I call you?" Henry said

"Alena but I'll have my middle name as Hope. Alena said

"OH MY GOD! HOPE!" Jean said, running over too the small 12 year old girl and hugging her tight, "I thought you were dead, but I never lost hope!"

"We're all finally a family again!" Henry said, hugging Alena and his mum

"Yeah..." Alena said

"Hello..." A women said, knocking on the door of the private police office

"Hi?" Jean said, confused

"My names Margie... I'm a social worker. I'm here too discuss where Alena should live.." Margie said, smiling

"She's coming home with us!" Jean said, "I've had ten years without her in our life. Now we've found her, I'm not letting her go!"

"That's understandable but for the past ten years, Alena has been living with a Mary and Chiumbi Ebonyi. She's known them for her entire life, she believed they were her mum and dad. This is going to be hard for her too process!" Margie said

"Why don't we let Hope decide?" Jean said

"Ali! Please! We have a nice, comfortable sized house in a really loving neighbourhood, there's really good secondary schools near us too! Our backyard is really big so you can run and play till your hearts content." Henry said, beginning his sister

"I want to live with my mum..." Alena said uncertainly 

"Are you sure?" Angie said

"Yes... but what will happen to Mary and Chiumbi?" Alena asked

"They'll probably fly back to Asembo and live there." Jean said, smiling at her daughter

"I don't know who I want too live with!" Alena said sadly, "I've known Mary and Chiumbi for ten out of 12 years of my life, they were their for everything! Then there's my real family... they've missed ten years of my life!"

"It's your decision." Angie said, "No pressure."

"I would like to live with Henry and Jean please." Alena said, letting out a sigh

"Ok then. That's settled!" Angie said, writing it down in Alena's file and leaving the room

"Oh sweetie! I'm so excited to do girly things with you and get too know you again!" Jean said, smiling at her daughter

"Me too mum!" Alena said, smiling back

"What name should I call you sweetheart?" Jean asked

"Alena." replied, waiting for a response
