Ar'Nick and Ar'Tee

"Good. I made joke so you can have some of that." Ming watched the two head off to the kitchen then went back up to check on Aria. Normally he would had just glanced at her but since Mick was sick, he went all the way in. Aria was shivering and her temperature was high! Ming picked her up and stripped her, gave her a cool bath, then put her in warm cloths.

By the time he was finished, Suthee was at the door.

"Hey. Hi. I don't know you but nice to meet you." He gave Nick a bright smile that immediately captured the younger man and made him speechless for a second. He realized he left Suthee hanging and grabbed his hand quickly, surprised he went for the more western handshake.

"I'm Nick. Ming's little brother. Come on in. The patient is this way." Nick finally stuttered out. Did he work out. His shoulders looked solid and his arms were definitely well defined. Did he have a six pack. Nick was a sucker for a six pack even thought none of his previous boyfriends ever had them. He glanced at Suthee's ass as he walked in and swallowed the pool in his mouth with a gulp.

"Actually there's two of them. I just gave Aria a cool bath. It lowered her temp a bit." Ming said as he walked down the stairs with his daughter on his shoulder. He had noticed the little interaction at the door and could see Suthee at least was attracted to Nick. Now as his brother turned, he knew Nick wasn't immune to Suthee's natural charms either.

Suthee nodded as he walked up and took Aria, looked at her temperature and gave her a cuddle. "How long has she been awake?"

"The bath woke her. She was sleeping the entire time. I think she caught it before Mick. Most likely from the day care."

"Ahhh. The usual culprit. We need to get some fluids in her. It's been a while since she's eaten right? Who fed her last?"

"She had some tea this morning then went in to sleep with Ming. She didn't have all of it. I remember that because I put the rest in the fridge." Nick volunteered.

"Ok. I brought some things. I just grabbed them though I'm sure you have them here with Kit in the house."

"Would you like to see the secret closet?" Ming half joked but Suthee was serious as he indicated Ming lead the way. Aria really was sick because she hadn't said a thing the entire time and she usually chatted up new people when she met them.

"Hey. I heard a kid named Mick lives here. Nice to meet ya." Suthee charmed Mick as he walked into the kitchen.

"Are you the doctor?" Mick gave Suthee as smile and a wai.

"Yes I am. I'm also a friend of both your dads."

"Oh. Do you have a husband too? Do I have to call you Ar' Suddy or just doctor Suddy?"

"Actually no, I'm not married and you can call me Ar'Tee."

"Oh, ok. My throat hurt but Ar'Nick and I gargled with salty water and it's not so bad."

"That's awesome." They high fived and Mick looked so proud while Suthee turned to Nick. "Ar'Nick? Can you hold Aria for me? Thanks." Suthee disappeared into the jokingly naked secret closet and made appreciative noises as he selected the things he needed. He came back out and poured something for Mick.

"Can you drink all of this for me? Great job kiddo. Now take one of these. Thank you so much." He gave Mick another high five. 

"Here's the sippy cup. This one's free and I'll wash out the other one that has milk in it." Ming handed over the sippy cup he had gone hunting for and then headed to the fridge to get the other one.

"Thanks Ming. This is Pedialyte. Its great for situations like this where babies lose essential nutrients and electrolytes when they get sick. She needs to drink this. Also give her some of the joke later but not the food bits. More the soup."

Suthee gave more instructions and promised to be back in about 4 hours. "I actually was heading to see my dad. We're not exactly on the best of terms and I really appreciate not having to stay too long with him because he's sick and we'll just fight."

"I'm sorry to hear that." Ming sighed. Suthee did too.

"It's ok Ming. I made my peace with him a long time ago. He's just difficult and stubborn and all those kinds of words."

Nick walked Suthee to the door since Ming was dealing with Aria and eyed him in his own way. Suthee noticed the distinct lack of eye contact and smiled.

"So how did you become Ming's brother?" Curiosity had been eating at him since he met the guy.

"I ran away from home. When you said you weren't married, did that mean you were single? Are you willing to date guys? Do you know what Autism is?" The questions were fired like bullets. Suthee blinked then grinned. Nick was immediately blinded by like and looked away.

"I do know what Autism is. I am willing to date guys. Unfortunately, I'm not single right now."

"Why is that unfortunate?" Nick squinted at Suthee for a second before his eyes shifted away because Suthee was looking at him dead on and it was so awkward.

"Because, Nick, your really cute."
