(Y/N) POV
(Y/N) woke up and took his phone out, after some seconds of surfing he hid himself under the blanket.
(Y/N): How could this happen. Everywhere i look are pictures of me and marina. No one is talking about the next splatfest or anything.
After some minutes, you heard a Knock on your door.
Marina: Hey (Y/N) are you awake ?
(Y/N): yeah come in
Marina: did you saw the news already ?
(Y/N): yeah they only talk about well us
Marina: what should we do ?
(Y/N): I...
Pearl: what about you finally tell that you like each other or you hide the truth
(Y/N): yeah thats.... wait WHAT
Marina: PEARLIE
Pearl: What its true how you talk or look at each other its obvious
(Y/N) & Marina: ....
Pearl: anyway we should heads to work we only have 20 minutes left
Marina: oh squid, lets goPearl and Marina quickly went to the car and drove to inkopolis square, (Y/N) on the other side went in the garden and did some practice.
Marina POV
Pearlie and I just went in the studio and got greeted by our manager, Pearlie went to the recording room but our manager wanted to talk to me in private.
Manager: Marina, what is your relationship with the Splatter or "(Y/N)"
Marina: How do you know his name ?
Manager: oh reena i know everything now tell me are you two a couple or not
Marina: NO i mean we are just friends
Marina blushed hardly while shaking her hands infront of her manager.
Manager: oh that's how it is, anyway the fans are waiting so go ahead now.
Marina: oh.. okay bye
Marina went in the Studio and got greeted by pearlie. after some comments from pearlie which made marina blush again the show started.
They talked about the new Splatfest "XBox vs Playstation" and after some more minutes the show was finished. Marina and pearl went backstage and talked about the show. when they saw how much time has passed they went back home. Pearlie ran in the kitchen to get some snacks. Marina on the other hand went on the couch.
Pearl: hey Reena
Marina: yeah ?
Pearl: where is (Y/N) ?
Marina: maybe hes in his room ?
Marie: no he isn't
Marina: Marie ??? what are you doing here ?
Marie: Pearls security system is a joke
Pearl: HEY !
Marie: anyway hes with cuttlefish and i need you to come with us we need to discuss something.
Marina: okay we are coming
They went to cuttlefish's cabin. the moment they went inside they got greeted by Callie
Callie: Hey Marina, Pearl how are you
Pearl: we are fine but why are we here and where is (Y/N)
Callie: oh hes in the other room with cuttlefish discussing
Marina: about what ?
Callie: come with me
They went in the other room and quickly saw (Y/N) sitting across from cuttlefish looking at us.
Marina: (Y/N) whats going on
Cuttlefish: (Y/N) has to go on a mission and it will be dangerous
Pearl: What but why and what does he have to do
Marie: he has to infiltrate the Octarians base and gather information about Dj Octavio we need to know what hes planning.
Callie: we would do it ourself but an inkling will be spotted way to quickly and (Y/N) knows the base he lived there he was well created there and he will be able to hide atleast a bit.
Marina: but that's way too ...
(Y/N): marina dont worry i have to do this, we need to stop this monster, and ill be fine a lived in stealth for years before and a bit after the experiments.
Pearl: okay but be carefull out there (Y/N)Marina: (Y/N) ...
(Y/N) then went in the weapon chamber and prepared himself. He took a cloak to hide his identity atleast a bit better. he also took dark clothes and his beloved dual Inkers hidden under his cloak.
(Y/N): i hope i dont have to use them
Marina: (Y/N)
(Y/N): oh marina what are you doing here
Marina: are you really sure you want to do this
(Y/N): i have to marina i was the cause he could escape so its my duty to capture him again or atleast destroy his evil plans.
Marina: but i don't want to lose you
Marina started crying and hid her face behind her hands rubbing her eyes. (Y/N) slowly went to her and embraced her in a hug
(Y/N): i promise you ill come back,
Marina: (Y/N)....
Cuttlefish: (Y/N) are you ready ?
(Y/N): Yes cap'n I'm ready
Cuttlefish: good i talked to my old friend on the train station they will bring you near the octarian base. then you have to infiltrate the base as soon as you got enough information you have to get out there and head back to us. understood ?7
(Y/N): yes Cap'n I'm heading out
Everyone said they're goodbye's and looked how (Y/N) left for the subway. Not knowing how long they wont see him.
