This au was inspired by instagram user @/skinnydickjohnny. This au is not based on real events, nor do I own any characters. This story is also loosely based on the book/movie, Paper Towns.

Trigger warnings for:
Cheesy teen talk/slang
Mature scenes
Vulgar language
Mentions of depression, anxiety, and family issues. The depression and anxiety will not be detailed, just mentioned, but just a warning for anyone out there.

Any updates regarding new trigger warnings will be announced.

There will probably be two versions uploaded of this, one for one of the main characters being a he or she. It's almost like a y/n kind of thing, but instead of y/n the person will be called Season. Ace for short. This (probably) won't get many reads but if it does I'll try to make a non binary version. I just wanna include everyone. Any features pointed out of your Character season will be the most common features everybody else has. Excluding blonde hair or any eccentric hair colors. Same thing for the eyes, it will most likely be brown.

This book is platonic, meaning there is no romantic connection between Johnny and you, the reader. If a large crowd requests for it to be romantic I'll do my best to fix it up.

For a better experience I suggest you make the screen of the book black, which you can change by pressing the "Aa" at the top right corner. It is also suggested that you change the font to Noto Sans Chakma—all for it to look cooler and feel..better?

just so you can listen while reading the story. The artist i recommend most is Benjamin Wallfisch. I apologize if updates are slow, but I'm not every good at boring motivated, I'll really try though. Any up coming changes and/or notices will be named "MY". Understand updates are not to collect reads, but to inform readers of important updates regarding trigger warnings, changes to the relationship, and etc. Please read the updates throughly in case there might be a trigger that people react badly to.

I started school about three to four weeks ago, so pardon any pauses during the updating time.

Updating schedule unclear for now, but will be announced once I figure out a good rhythm I could get into.

This au will also be posted on AO3 (archive of our own) for anyone who doesn't like to use wattpad. I'll just have to figure out how to use it.
