How his parents met: Pebble was on the watch for enemies and she could feel the SeaWings being watched by SandWings. She searched along the border and stopped when she saw a dragon she felt drawn to. She flew closer to get a better look but saw it was a SandWing, but she didn't care. When she landed she saw he was badly hurt and barely breathing so she took him to an island nearby where no one could see them and nursed him back to health. He immediately fell in love with her and they had an egg together, whom they named Beach.
