×Jade×
I opened my eyes to look up at a beautiful blue sky. Furrowing my eyebrows, I sat up and took my surroundings in which oddly looked familiar to me.
I was on a beach. The deep blue sea on my left side and a beautiful green forest on my right. Wait a minute. I have been here before!!!
I quickly got to my feet and turned in circles, looking around more intently. Yep, this was the place again.
I stopped moving when my eyes landed upon the rocks which were not that far away from me. A boy, was sitting there and playing the block flute. Well, I hadn't seen him before!
I took a few steps towards him but came to a halt when he turned around, his emerald green eyes capturing my gaze. The eyes looked similar to mine but these were a darker shade of green.
I gulped and opened my mouth to say something, but a voice kept me from saying anything.
"Jade" It was a faint whisper in the wind.
"Jade" There it was again!
This happened to me every time! The boys voice kept coming back and those eyes always stared at me but I never had the courage to do anything.
Suddenly, liquid touched my feet and when I looked down, I gasped. The sand beneath me had changed into water! My eyes landed upon a figure that was under water. The figure stuck it's hand out and grasped my foot. I yelped and tried to kick it off of me but it was no use.
I found myself captured by the glowing eyes of the creature underneath the water surface and I dared to move when I noticed it's sharp teeth shine as it evilly smiled.
The sound of ringing was heard in the distance but it came closer and closer and then...
I woke up by my annoying alarm, ringing through my ears. I groaned and turned in bed, slamming my wrist on my alarm clock. Just as I was about to fall asleep, I was awoken yet again by my mother's voice yelling from outside my door.
I don't know about you but my mother's voice seems hell of a lot more annoying in the mornings when she wakes me up.
"Jade! Come on baby, wake up. You have school." She stated from the other side of the door.
I groaned in responce before turning once again. Another knock ripped me away from my sleep.
"I'm up! I'm up." I yelled back.
I started streching my muscles, probably looking like the girl from the Exorcist making dinosaur noices from the back of my throat but who cares.
I then got up and walked to my closet as I scratched the back of my head, opening the doors.
I decided to wear a pair of boyfriend jeans with a black shirt which had long sleeves and my Timbs. I put my hair up in a high messy ponytail which took a bit of my time to make and then I applied a little bit of mascara and eyeliner to my eyelids.
When I was done with my outfit, hair and make-up, I grabbed my back bag and made my way down stairs.
"Bye mom, I'm going to school!!!" I announced as I walked to the door.
"Wait, you haven't had breakfast yet!" My mom shouted from the kitchen.
I sighed, my shoulders slumping.
"I'm not hungry and besides, I don't want to be late for school." I said, trying to slip away but my mother walked out of the kitchen, a towel in her hands.
