Another Villian Deku Story [BNHA villainAU]

The video has nothing to do with this but here it is because I have no idea what to do. The story is going pretty slow tho if you haven't noticed, I have no idea what to do with this story since I kinda left the fandom until season 4 comes out but that doesn't mean I'm leaving the story however! I'm not exactly the person to leave a story unfinished it just triggers me so I am going to keep going until the end!

Izuku woken up in a hospital bed the last place he wanted to be at, he looked around at the room as it was more different then any other hospital he had seen. Izuku tried to bring himself to sit up but couldn't without having a sharp pain go through his whole body so izuku gave up and closed his eyes as if this was some sort of bad dream. Izuku tried to think of a plan to get out of the hospital but was interrupted by the sound of someone knocking at the door. He looked over to see a doctor come into the room, the doctor smiled at izuku "finally awake are we?" The doctor said walking over to izuku. Izuku tried to say something but wasn't able to which made the doctor sigh and sat on a chair near izuku. "Talking isn't going work, we had to remove your voice box after we found it had some glass sliced in it. The wounds that the accident gave you were very deadly and could've killed you, you are a very lucky kid to survive that you know?" (I'm no good with medical words so if I'm not making sense I'm sorry >~>) izuku just stared blankly at the doctor trying to understand what was going on. "Is there something wrong?" The doctor tried asking after seeing the clueless teen just stare at him. "If you need to say something just write it down in this notebook okay?" The doctor handed izuku the notebook and izuku started writing something write away in it. He showed the doctor what he said. "Who am I? Oh, well I am Dr. Aki I guess I forgot to mention that!" Dr. Aki laughed. "Well I should get going now that you're awake I hope you get bette- wait! I forgot to tell you that you'll be getting questioned a some people later so keep the notebook handy!" Dr. Aki said while leaving the room. Izuku watched as Dr. Aki left and he relaxed a bit and slowly fell back asleep
