Martine:

Two weeks pass and still no Donny. Babalik pa ba ito? Pano kung hindi? Should i be happy? Pero bakit ko siya hinahanap?

Urgg the nerve of that guy para umalis!!! She decided to call her secretary.

Martine: Agnes! can you ask the office of COO kung kelan ang balik ng boss nila?

Agnes: Ahh ma'am kadadaan lang ni Gino, secretary ng COO. Indefinite leave daw, if may concerns pwede mo nalang daw ei pasa sa kanya. Sa office of the president po ata ang reporting nila maam.

Martine: Ganun ba? so walang date. Mas nakakaasar! Nagpapamiss ba ito??

Agnes: Ma'am sir Alex is here po. May store visit daw po kayo?

Martine: Ahh yes, dadaanan kami ng mall to check on the renovations done. If may concern agnes just leave it sa desk ko. Ill check it tomorrow. Pag ntapos mo trabaho mo pwede ka ng umuwi diretso na ako ng bahay after ng store visit.

Buti andito si Alex, for the last few weeks parati itong nasa office nila because his company wanted to buy stocks sa kanila. Gusto nitong maginf partners ang kanilang mga Kompanya.

Martine: Tell alex palabas na ako.

Agnes: Sige po maam.

She imediately fixes her hair. Si Alex, what i like about him is he knows what he wants. Pareho kami. Goal oriented. So maybe bagay kami? Pero bkit singit ng singit sa utak ko ang mukha ni Donny! Tapos na sila! Hindi na yun babalik! 

Pagkalabas ko ng pintuan a smiling Alexander ang agad sumalubong sakin.

Alex: Hey there!

Martine: Hey Alex! Buti your free to join me sa store visit. nakangiti kong panimula dito. 

Alex: Ill always make time for you Martine and besides our company will be partners soon, mabuti na ang makita ko na din ang stores nyo.

Martine: Yes, tama so tara? Malapit lang naman.. along makati.

Alex: Yes, after pala we can have dinner together.

Martine: Are you asking me out? Tanong ko.

Alex: Yeah, parang ganun na, napapakamot ang ulong sagot nito.

Martine: Then it's a yes. She answered smiling.

Alex: Good!

Pagkating sa Mall agad kaming sinalubong ng mga Mall Heads. Pinakita samin isa isa ang mga bagong dagdag na gusali. Mas naging sosyal ang ambiance ng Mall and she likes it. Looking at Alex alam ko satisfied din ito sa nakita.

Martine: Mr. Isidro, bakit ang ingay? May event ba?

Mr. Isidro is the Mall manager, his been with the company for 20 years kaya malaki ang tiwala ng ama ko dito.

Mr. Isidro: Ahh yes maam, may mall show ang isang artista.

Martine: So where to next? May mga bago pa bang dinagdag? Gusto ko ng matapos ang inspection.

Mr. Isidro: Ahh yes maam.. this way po..

Habang naglalakad may dalawang babaeng nagbubulungan.

Si Donny andito tara sa activity center. Kinikilig na kwentuhan ng dalawa.

Martine: Donny!? Could it be..

Habang lumalakas ang tunog, mas papadami ang tao mas kinakabahan ako. Someone is singing, he has a soothing voice na kababaliwan ng mga kababaihan. 

Could it be.. Napahawak ako sa dibdib ko sa sobrang kaba.

Mr.Isidro: Maam gusto niyo po manood? pwede po tayong pumasok.

Martine: Yes please..

Agad na binuksan at nagbigay ng lugar ang mga security para sa kanila.
And there he is. Smiling and enjoying the crowd while singing!  hindi nga ako nagkamali.. It's Donny!Her Husband singing! Anlakas ng kabog ng dibdib ko.

Bakit ang familiar ng kanta?? Parang nangyari na to dati. And then it hit her! I can see myself walking towards Donny! Kinanta niya to para sakin dati!!! Gusto kung maiyak. May naaalala na ako!!!  A memory of us!!

Huminto ako sa mismong harapan ni Donny habang kumanta ito. Im happy and smiling. Naaalala ko to, Pinaakyat niya ako dati ng stage out of hundred fans na tumitili para sa kanya!

I know nakita niya ako, with all the securities na nakapalibot sa amin mapapansin niya ako.

Pero mas pinili nitong sa mga fans ibaling ang tingin at hindi sa amin. She saw indifference and hurt in his eyes .
