So I searched on internet for training scedules and didn't find much yet I found enough to make my own training routine.
PLEASE keep that in mind, as an actual training scedule in an actual company for an actual trainee would definetly be different and most likely harder.
Either way, this is was I came up with:
• Vocal/rap training for 1-3 hours.
• Dancing for 4-6 hours;
° 1-2 hours practicing dances I
already know.
° The rest for learning new dances
or perfecting the ones I already
know.• Korean for ~2 hours;
° 1 hour vocab.
° I'll be learning korean mostly from
a vebsite that gives you a grammar
lesson with vocab that fits the
lesson, so when I'll be starting a
new "lesson" the other ~1 hours is
gonna be for grammar. I most
likely won't learn all the new
words in one day, so the day after I
learn grammar, I'll of course spend
some time revising all of the
grammar I already know, but most
of the 1 hour is gonna go to either
learning something about the
culture, history, something of that
kind, OR it's gonna be just me
watching something in korean. So
one day that second hour is gonna
go to only grammar, on the second
day I'll learn something about the
language/country/culture and on the
third day I'll just watch videos to
hear everyday korean (as songs and
real life talking are quite different).
After those three days I'll probably
already know all of the words that
came with the grammar lesson so I'll
move on to another grammar
lesson+words and continue on this
cycle.• Russian for 2 hours;
° Same routine as Korean.
° Doing this because most idols know
a lot of languages/ non-korean
trainees usually on top of learning
korean, at some point need to learn
another language (japanesse) and
since I already have to learn
russian in school, I decided to add
russian instead of japanesse.• Working out & streching for ~1 hour;
° Most idols work out a lot but I'm
not used to working out so I'll do
15-30 minutes of working out.
° The rest of the time I'm gonna
strech since flexibility is really
important for dancing but also just
generally.I'll be following this for 6/5 days every week, I'll probably try and keep Sundays as my "break" days but sometimes a week in my life can't be predicted and if I won't have the ability to train for a day, then that day is gonna be the "break" day of that week.
In total this should add up to ~12 hours of training, of course most idols/trainees train a lot harder but there's only so much that I can do by myself at home 🤷
I also know that trainees have some classes on fanservice(?), acting and modeling so on some days I'll also try and look up info on those stuff (like modeling tips and such stuff).
Every week I'll try and learn one full choreo + some choruses(?).
I'll also try and learn one kpop song to sing/rap every week.
I may or may not try and make it so that the choreo and singing songs are gonna be the same song, this way I could fully "perform" it.
I'll also be looking into other "performing" tips so that it's actually possible for me to sing and dance to a song at the same time (basically building up my stamina).
Now as for the diet,
I won't be going on any diet, I'll eat somewhat normally, 3 meals + possible snacks every day. My main "diet" thingy is gonna be that I'll eat mostly healthy but I'll let myself have 1-2 "cheat" meals every week.
I'll probably eat 1000-1500 calories everyday, + I'll be dancing quite a lot so I'll still end up in a calorie deficit and lose weight.
Most idols/trainees do eat very little and I would do the same but I do want to have energy for dancing/working out so I'll pass on it this time lmao.
That's pretty much it for my "training"? I would like to add some more stuff but I genuenly don't know what so it's very simple right now.
I'll be starting tommorow or the day after tommorow :)
Stay safe :)
