"Hoodie off please, sweetheart" he spoke, grabbing a blood kit slowly.

Her head went down, her knee shook lightly.

"Hey, it's okay" I spoke quietly.

"We move at the pace you want us to, you just have to be a little vocal, okay- it's just me and him, you talk to me all the time, don't be scared" I spoke slowly.

She exhaled lightly, slowly pulling her hoodie over her head, making sure her t-shirt was down.

As Calum carefully grabbed her arm, looking to the crook of it, we both spotted a scar.

It looked as if it was either a self harm scar or something you would see from a serious drug addiction.

"What's this from?" Calum asked, running his finger over it.

Her eyes moved to it, she stayed silent.

"I don't know" she mumbled out.

"Self harm?" I asked slowly, seeing her immediately react

"No" she spoke quietly, looking just as shocked as us.

"How do you not remember where this came from?" Calum asked.

"I just- don't" She spoke quietly.

He grabbed her other arm- seeing the same exact thing.

"Mila-" "it's not self harm, I swear" she spoke quickly.

You could tell that it was older scars, maybe five years.

She avoided the rest of the questions we asked her.

She watched closely as Calum tied the band around one of her arms.

Her hands were shaking, her knee was bouncing, she watched his every move.

"Relax" he spoke calmly, putting gloves on.

"I'm not going to hurt you, it's one scratch, it stays in for a few seconds and then it's out" he spoke, getting no reaction.

As he wiped the area I noticed tears joining in her eyes.

"Hey, hey, hey- calm down, he isn't going to hurt you" I spoke, hurting her head away from him and to me.

She gave me a nod, convincing herself that she was okay.

Calum glanced to me as he grabbed the needle, making me nod slowly.

As soon as he got in, I saw familiar signs of anxiety.

Tears rolled down her cheeks silently, her breathing pattern turned irregular- but she never spoke.

"Mila, listen to me" Calum spoke as I tried to calm her down.

"You're okay, I promise you, everything is going perfect. I know it might not feel great, but it will be over before you know it." He spoke calmly as I pulled her to rest into my chest.

"Make it stop" she cried out into my chest.

"Make what stop?" I asked her quietly.

"The memories"
