This is my first book so sorry if it's bad.
Archie's pov:
I was awoken to the sound of my alarm, I groaned and shut it off. I wasn't feeling the best this morning, so I decided to go back to sleep.
Just as I was about to doze off, I heard a knock at the door.
"Come in" I said tiredly.
I knew it was my maid, probably here to make my bed or clean my bathroom.
"Good morning Mr Andrew's, sorry to wake you."
"No worrys, I was already awake" i told her, not wanting to be rude.
"Your parents wanted me to let you know they would like to speak to you about something important this afternoon" she said walking away and shutting the door.
I was very confused, but I brushed it aside and chose to ignore it. I then took a long shower, got dressed and went to the elevator to the 2nd floor, where my parents usually are.
I walked into the dining room and saw my dad eating breakfast, I was hungry so I joined him
"Good morning son" my dad said greeting me
"Morning Dad, where's mom?"
"She had an important meeting to go to this morning, she will be back by noon"
my maid came over and brought me breakfast, I thanked her and she walked away and started cleaning the furniture.
My phone started ringing, it was my bestfriend Jughead. Jughead has been my best friend since we were 2, he is pretty wealthy, mainly because he is co- founder of my dads company
"Hey Jug, what's up?" I said
"Hey Archie, I have a quick question"
"What's up?" I asked
"Would you happen to have seen hotdog, he must've run away last night"
I looked out my window
"Nope haven't seen him, sorry bro" I said looking out my window again
"No problem he probably just went to the neighbors"
"Maybe" I laughed
My dad suddenly came in
"Hey jug I got to go" I then ended the call
"Hey dad what's up" I asked, confused
He usually knocks
"Hey, can you meet me in the conference room in ten?"
"Yeah dad why though?" I was very confused
"Something about riverdale, this is something that will affect your big future, so maybe prepare yourself." He stated
He then walked away leaving me very confused..
