It sucks, doesn't it?
Knowing the one you loved,
Cared for,
Left for something more.
You put all your time, money, and energy, into this person, just so they can leave.
It's like they didn't lose anything.
While you sit and reminisce on memories.
Are you going to cry?
Or did you cry so much, there's no tears left?
Just remember, this is just a chapter of your life. Once you turn the page, someone better will be there for you. Maybe not today, or tomorrow. Just in the future.
