I use to hear them, but now all I hear is the sound of wheels against the floor boards.
They're not yours, though.

We couldn't be together. Even if we had tried, family would keep us apart. As much as I had fallen in love with you upon first greetings, I couldn't kiss the poison from your lips. Under no circumstances would I give a lifetime of loving for a minute of lusting.
