Kidnapped

Chapter 35

A twinkle appears in her eyes and the corners of her lips curl up. "Y/n!" She smiles.

"Hey Vanya." I say and follow her when she walks into her room again.

My eyes fall upon the violin in her room and I'm reminded of how much I'm going to miss my friends here.

"I'm here to say goodbye." I say almost in a whisper. Her smile fades away and the twinkle dissapears.

"Wait!" Her eyes light up again "Is Five here?"

"He isn't. My five is coming soon but your Five isn't here yet." Yet. . If she would know how long it will take till Five returns, she'd be broken. Devestated.

She sighs but it doesn't take her long to recover. "I loved having you here y/n." She leans in for a hug.

I'm going to miss her so much. She's been one of my three rocks in these last six months. She made my time here bearable and way better.

"I'm sure you'd be better off without the depressive me." I chuckle and she quickly pulls back so she can see me chuckling. She's suprised to see me happy but that's what Five does to me.

"I'm going to miss you. Every side of you. Stay safe" she tells me.

I can't promise her that I'll be safe, given my reputation with near death experiences and time wanting my death to happen but I nod. I can't scare her, she has to think that everything will be alright. Everything will be alright, eventually.

Now Klaus. The crazy Klaus who always succeeded to make me smile.

His room is next to Vanya's and I knock on his door. "Can I come in Klaus?" I ask.

"Why do you ask?! Of course!" He yells from inside and again, a chuckle escapes my lips.

"Are you here to hear a joke? I know a good o-"

"I'm here to say goodbye but I'd love to hear your joke too." I attempt to smile but it's hard. His jokes always helped me. I didn't show how grateful I was and I wish I did.

Klaus' expression breaks my heart. His smile immediately fades and I see his eyes watering. I allow my tears to come and it is my cheeks that get wet first.

I open my arms, wanting a hug from my best friend and he doesn't think twice about it. Klaus pretty much jumps into my arms and as we hug, I hear his sobs.

"i'm going to miss you." His voice cracks but neither of us cares.

"I'm going to miss you more. Thank you for everything. For being the sun when I thought I'd never see the light again. Thank you for your jokes and thank you for your thumbs up when I ate."

His soft chuckle warms my heart and a small smile appears on my lips as the tears keep streaming down my cheeks.

This is exactly why I told myself not to bond with anyone. The goodbyes are way too hard.

"Five will be there to make you happy again. He will make you so happy." He sobs.

"You also made me happy Klaus." I tell him as I pull back, I need to tell him this. He needs to know how much he, Vanya and Ben mean to me.

"Ben, Vanya and you made me so happy. I didn't show it. . at all but you guys did. You three always made my day even when I thought that that wasn't possible. But you guys succeeded even that. Thank you." I say and a smile is placed on his lips.

I truly hope to see him again. Who knows, maybe I'll see him again i 2019.

2019. Klaus will be a drug addict then.
