"Get the Xray done for the patient on bed no 3 admitted in emergency ICU.....we need his surgery done as soon as possible,he is showing signs of deterioration of vitals...."you hear doctor instructing his subordinate as you stand outside the room in which Hoseok is admitted......Taehyung somehow brought you here where Jin and Jimin were already waiting for any action or instruction from medical staffs.....they told you that Hoseok had suffered a very serious accident where he had a collision with some car which was being driven by a drunk driver....and by the time they told you it was around the time when he told you he was going from your house.....so the accident happened after he left your house and was on his way back....he was so happy at that moment.....
You couldn't contain your tears at the moment and your panic attack was just prevented by comforting gestures and talks of Jimin Jin and Taehyung......it was the reason at the first place why they didn't tell you about Hobi's accident at phone.....they were scared that you'll get attack due to panic and phobia and no one will be there to take care of you at home.....
Doctors had already managed the initial course of illness and had put some tube in his chest to drain out the blood filling in the chest....it all seemed so horrible......you had no courage to see him in such condition....
"Sir.....are you patient's family?" A nurse came to ask you all....
"I'm his best friend and we all live together.....we are each other's family.....please tell me what do you need......."Jin pleaded with tears in his eyes....
"Sir....we have already placed chest tube in the patient.....but he needs surgery to correct the cause of bleeding and for that we need consent of his parents....."nurse explained....
"H.....his parents....they....they broke all relationships with him....he is with me since then....we both are best friends.....please take my permission instead and do whatever you can to save him....."Jin pleaded with teary eyes and the scene made everyone's heart melt.....nurse also nodded and went inside to explain the situation to authorities.....after few minutes she came back with a form to be signed by Jin which explained the procedure and asked for consent which he signed and nurse went back inside to do the procedure.....
All four of you started to pray and wait for procedure to end and get Hoseok back....you sat beside Jimin and put your head on his shoulder and he side hugged your shoulders trying to comfort and calm you.....Taehyung was standing in a side against the wall staring in your and Jimin's direction....and Jin was just silently sitting on the bench opposite to you two....no expression no words.....
"I am the worst person in the world....I didn't even talked to him on his birthday......he wasn't even at fault.....I am the silliest person....."Jin suddenly broke out and all three of you ran to him and Jimin instantly hugged him and you sat on his other side while Taehyung was standing in front of Jin trying to console crying Jin and Jimin....
The whole scene was so much heartbreaking and nothing was there which could decrease the grief surrounding the moment other than the news of Hoseok being alright.....
After sometime the door of operation theater opened and doctor came out and Hoseok was shifted to ICU and they told you everything is fine....they'll just observe him for 2 days....
This finally gave you all a relaxation and you all decided to get some food and take turns to wait outside the ICU to get notified if something happened....
It's been two days since the Hobi was operated and was in ICU.....he had got his vitals stable and conciousness back which were good sign and doctor told you all that he could be shifted from hospital to home today in afternoon and so you were sitting outside the ICU waiting for doctors to complete the last checkup they were performing on Hobi to make sure everything was okay.....
When they discharged him you accompanied him to the home in the car and Jimin,Taehyung and Jin were at home making everything suitable at home for him to rest.....though this work didn't need three people....but messy boys could even do with 4 or 5 people.....
On your way to home you asked Hobi to relax but he was still looking tense....so you tired to talk to him....."hey Hobi.....how are you feeling now??are you alright.....boy....you got really nasty stitch over there...."you spoke laughing and pointing at his stitches on the chest trying to make him relax....and making your effort successful he chuckled too.....
"I know Y/N that you are trying to make me relax but right now I'm not in mood...."he spoke softly caressing your cheek...
"But why.....Hobi....please be happy....we all are with you....you got a new life after this....please thank god and be happy....."you tried to console him and patted his shoulder
"Y/N you know how I was feeling when I left your home after you celebrated my birthday...."he asked you
"Yeah I know....you messaged me...."you sighed and rechanted his words..."I'm more than happy today and even if I die today...I'll have no regret about anything...."you looked into his eyes...."but you know Hobi how much sad it made me when you were in hospital.....I was always hating myself for being the reason of your sadness all this time when I ignored you after you told me about your feelings.....how much sad it made me to think that you only got few moments of happiness and these might be your last ones...."your eyes were filled upto brim now with tears,only thing that was stopping them from flowing was your determination for not to cry in front of him...
"Y/N....."were his soft spoken words and it made you loose all that determination and all the floods that you were holding came out of your eyes and tears rolled down ok your cheeks ......Hobi shifted towards you and put his arm around you while you rested your head on his shoulder sobbing in his embrace...."only one who should hate himself is me.....I thought that I can die with happiness of the moment.....but actually when I was about to crash the last thing I remembered was your smile and I regretted my wish as I thought it was the last time I was looking at this...."
It made you lift your head from his shoulder and look into his eyes....you smiled at him and held his face in between your palms....
"Hobi.....thank you for loving me so much....and I'm sorry for making you sad for so long....may be I've never given back you the love you've given to me....but I promise I'll never become the reason for you to become sad ever again....."
