We're back home and Shawn is working.
"1 minute....." i say to myself while i look at the nightcabin beside me.
I take a deep sight.
My alarm goes off.
I look at the test and my eyes tear up.
"Fuck!" I yell and kick with my foot against the nightcabin.
I let myself fall on the bed and i start to cry.
"Fuck.... why did you let this happen?" I ask myself.
I hear the door go open and wipe my tears away.
"Hey, weren't you at home?" Shawn asks
"No, no i wanted to be here"
"You cried" he says.
It's quiet.
"Shawn i uhm"
"You what?"
"I am uhm...... i'm pregnant..." i say soft.
I feel my eyes get watery.
"You what?"
"What the fuck...." he says.
"I- i don't know what to do Shawn?"
"I do.... i think it's the best that your going home"
"Excuse you?" I say.
"I uhm need some time to think"
"we all need some time to think Shawn, you can't do this"
He opens the door as a sign for me to leave.
I start to cry and walk home.
I run upstairs, my brother saw it and stands in front of my door.
"Jess open the door!!"
I ignore him.
"JESS! let me talk to you!!" He yells.
Slowly i open the door, i let myself fall on the bed and start crying.
"What's wrong?"
"You can't tell mom and you need to promise me you won't do weird stuff" i cry.
"Tell me what's going on Jess!"
"I'm pregnant"
"YOU ARE WHAT?! YOU'RE NINETEEN JESS!"
"I KNOW OKAY" i cry.
He pulls me in a hugg.
"I'm sorry, i didn't mean it that way." He says.
"Does Shawn now?"
"I don't wanna talk about that" i say.
"Jess..."
"He send me home, he didn't want to see me or talk to me, he don't want our baby" i cry.
"That motherfucking asswhole" he says.
"Since when do you know Jess?"
"This afternoon, not even a hour back."
"You need to make a doctors appointment" he says.
"Nate, i don't wanna go" i say.
"You have to, i will join you okay?"
I give him a weak smile.
