Living is what turned her into a monster. The hopeless possibility of reuniting with her brother and grandfather kept her alive—yet it destroyed her. That hope burned into wrath, which made a once innocent, radiant girl come to be a sinful, tragic woman.
Vienna had no choice but to surround herself with survivors who seemed to lose their sense of humanity. The lethal group of abandoned souls she stayed with raided camps and killed survivors for their own entertainment.
