I was testing out Autodesk Sketchbook, and I think it's pretty cool. There are many textured brush types, which I liked a lot. And there are a bunch of layer effects (e.g. multiply, darken, overlay, etc ) like in Ibis Paint.
Another plus is that it can record your sketch progress (timelapse.) So I tested that, and it came out pretty nice.
The downside, however, is that there is no clipping mask option. I don't know if I just haven't found it yet or if it really isn't there.
I also didn't find much stuff like Brightness/Contrast adjustments. There were only HSL and Color Balance.
