You were friends with NCT for a couple of months now. It all started with a concert. You had been to their concert and stood in the T1 row with a placard saying, “Kim Jungwoo I'm your biggest fan and I have come all the way from (your country name) to see you perform!”
Just like in fantasies, he had noticed you and called you up on stage and also offered to sign your book along with other members. Yes, you were totally whipped for Jungwoo from the start. In the fan meet, you had gotten along pretty well with Haechan, ultimately exchanging numbers thanks to your common interest and love for Michael Jackson.
That has led to this, you and Haechan had become best friends by now. Also called partners in crime and he frequently tried to help you to express your feelings to Jungwoo.
You were in their dorm when Haechan came in your room as you listened to their song Lips in a loop.
"Yahhh!!!" he shouted scaring you to death.
"What the hell Haechan!? You scared me!" you say dramatically as he laughs.
"Guess what?" he said as he sat beside you.
"What?" you ask. He puts his head on your shoulder being the clingy best friend he is and speaks up, "Why don't you try to go on food date with Jungwoo hyung? He loves food. He'll love you if you treat him!"
You roll your eyes. "Thanks Haechan but if you remember you've already made me do it thrice this month!"
Apparently Haechan had promised to help you out get closer to Jungwoo today. So this day was very important. You had your vacations so you were here for a month now. Jungwoo seemed such a shy type, sure he'd sneak glances at you and sometimes did small talks but you couldn't be sure of anything because he ran away to Doyoung or Mark as soon as they came leaving you awkwardly.
Suddenly you hear a knock at your door as Haechan quickly puts up his head and you both look around to see none other than Jungwoo. "Hey um... We're going out for the shoot Haechan. Let's go." he stared at you coldly for a split second before going away.
Later that day when you were alone, reading a book, you get a call from Hyuk. "Hello?"
"Y/N~" he whines. "I'm sorry I can't help you out today. I promise next time okay? We need to stay in a near by place of shoot to complete it by tomorrow." he said.
"It's fine." you say.
"But I've got a good news!" he chirps happily.
"What good news?" you say as you giggle at his tone.
"Jungwoo will go over to pick some things up. Bye~" he hung up.
You blush at the thought of confronting Jungwoo even if it's for a random task but you felt butterflies in your stomach.
After a while the door opened revealing Jungwoo. He walked in blankly and even though he spotted you, he just ignored you and walked past you. Did he not see you? No. That's not possible. What was up with him.
It had been going on for a while. As far as you could remember. Once, you and Haechan were playing catch and joking around after a few days of getting to know them and Jungwoo gave you a cold stare from a distance. Very unlike of his happy go lucky self.
Second time you remembered, you and Haechan were discussing how to impress Jungwoo at night in their dorm. You guys had made child's tent and we're whispering in there at midnight. When Jungwoo had gotten to eat something and suddenly got in, you both were so terrified, Haechan shouted in high pitch. "Go away!!!!" not to mention you were terrified he would listen to your talk about him and before going away he looked at you like he wanted to say something and then stormed away.
This had happened for quite a few time and you had no clue what was happening. When he was about to go away you stopped him. "Jungwoo!"
He turned to look at you but did not say anything.
"Why are you acting so abnormally to me? Have I done something wrong?" you ask.
"No." he said shortly and was about to walk away when you pull him by his arm. "Why are you being so cold to me?"
He sighed. "Will you answer me something then?"
"Y-yes..." you said.
"Wasn't I your bias?" he said seriously making you blush. "Yes. You're my bias."
"Then why do you have feelings for Haechan and vice versa?" he said.
"What?" What was he saying. He was your best friend. Nothing more. Nothing less. "We have no feelings for each other!" I say still confused. "What even makes you think I love Haechan when it's clear that I love you!" you just rant all of a sudden. As soon as you realize you stop dead in your tracks and down not dear to look up.
Jungwoo was baffled. "You l-love me?" you don't say anything as you bit your lip. "Haechan was helping me to get close to you..." you mumble. "But you don't have to like me back! You're my bias but–" he cuts you off.
"I love you too."
"Huh?" you turn to him unsure. He blushes and says softly with guilt in his eyes. "Sorry I misunderstood... I had fallen for you for the first time I saw you. You were so bubbly and cheerful and so simple.." he said making you blush a bright shade of red.
"Then what suddenly made you think that me and Haechan are..." you trailed off. "It's just all your interests were so same and you guys always used to stick to each other which made me jealous." he pouted cutely looking like sad and cute puppy. You wanted to hug him and squish him so bad.
You chuckled and he whined. "I love you and only you Jungwoo ah." you said as you blush. He giggles at that and suddenly pulls you in his embrace. "Can I kiss you?" he asks.
You blush and nod. He giggles and kisses your cheek making you chuckle and then gives you a sweet peck on your lips. "Saranghae."
You were already blushing hard as you stared deep into his eyes and said, "Nado Saranghae."

"Hyung me and Y/N will have a movie marathon tonight, so I'll come tomorrow morning. You manage the managers and the others. Bye bye good night!" Jungwoo said in his phone and hung up.
"What did Taeyong?" you ask him as you bring in the popcorn.
"Don't worry. He'll manage." he chucked as you sit on the couch beside him for the movie to start. The happiest day of your life. Your dream come true. You were finally with the man of your dreams.
