I always about this story since caius is one of my favorite villains in final fantasy so here is how you can do this. So in this story you or an oc will be or have the powers of caius ballad the main antagonist in ff13-2
1. In an alternate ending where y/n or oc lost and the chaos didn't release into the world after his Etro taking pity on him sent to another world where he and yuel can live a life in peace as father and daughter but his actions has not gone unnoticed by thethe gods in the dxd world.
The heavens and the underworld decide to leave him be but a certain pheonix decides he wants the seeress for himself and takes away yuel and now y/n /oc is determined to take yuel back and since he knows he will be a target for fools he decides to remind the devils and gods on why he is feared.
Or
2. You can take this story into any direction you chose either betrayed or etc.
