Willow POV:

"What do you mean I'm not doing it right?" Damien asks

"I mean that you aren't holding it right or aiming it right, you haven't hit the target once" I explain

"I did too" he defends

"The arrow went bouncing off and I had to catch it before it hit me in the stomach" 

"That was one time and I dont see how I'm holding this thing wrong" he says as he draws the bow, his arm isn't fully drawn back, his back isn't straight and the arm holding the bow is bent towards him, I growl in frustration as I march up to him, I make his holding arm go straight, I push his drawed arm in line with his holding arm, I make his back straight and I move his head to the side so he's facing the target

"Now aim and dont lose that position" I instruct, he does as he's told "Now let go of the string" I add, he fires the arrow and it hits the bullseye and stays in the target "Oh thank god" I sigh as I walk over to the weapons wall in the basement gym, I get a bow and one of the exploding arrows "Think quick" I add as I load the bow turn around and fire it at his feet, I sheild my  eyes as it explodes in a flash of light, once it clears he's on the ground covering his eyes and growling

"What the hell!" he growls at me or in a random direction

"Damien, I told you to think quick, what do you do if a hunter is firing these flashing arrows at you?" I ask as I crouch in front of him

"You run?" he answers but its more like a question

"You sheild your eyes, drop to the ground and put your face to the floor if you have to, you cans till fight as long as you sheild your eyes" I say picking the arrow up and then standing up pulling Damien with me "Got it?" I ask

"Yeah, sheild my eyes" he says, I pull out an unexploded arrow and smile

"Good" I say and then throw it at the ground, I walk back and sheild my eyes, once the lights gone I see Damien on the ground again

"You're a bitch" he grumbles making me chuckle

"I'm teaching you how to survive against hunters, if you end up accidently hurting someone then they will be coming down on you full force, a crazy hunter once cut an omega in two with a sword, I ended up watching it as the omega died, his his internal gross stuff fell out of him and onto the ground with his waist and legs, I dont really want to go for a stroll in the woods to see you cut in half" I explain

"So this bitchiness is doing me a favour and not just temporarily blinding me" He says as he makes his way to his feet

"Exactly, glad you understand"

Cross country today, I'm getting into my training gear which is my baggy training shorts and sports crop top, along with my scetches, I tie my hair back into a ponytail and follow the others out to the track and I meet up with Damien
