Ability: Shinkai Shoujo
¬ Shinkai Shoujo allows her to change the state of water at any given time, such as creating it out of air. Note that the air has to be humid so that it can work. When underwater, she can turn the water in her nostrils into vapor, thus being able to breathe. It's also an useful combat Ability, since she can turn random parts of her body into water when being attacked, or into ice to fight. Her Ability depends on the quantity of liquid in her reach.
