Gladion's left arm was fractured by a Midday Lycanroc. While escaping the Aether Foundation, Silvally broke out to save him, but the damage was done. His arm was fractured, specifically his ulna and radius. His nerves were damaged as well, causing him to often shake when stressed or agitated.
