Keith meets Lance at a house party hosted by Shiro's boyfriend. Lance apparently thinks Keith is a girl because he's wearing a lot of makeup and looks very feminine. Keith finds out Lance is "straight" and decides not to correct him that he is male. Lance asks him out, completely clueless, and they start dating. Keith never speaks, so Lance just thinks he can't talk. He gives Lance a fake girl name to keep up the impression. But he can't keep up this act for long. When Lance finds out, it's devasation for both of them.
