Thoughts/Advice with the whole "cliche" thing

Personally, I don't mind reading cliche books, I mean as long as you(the writer) changes it up a little.

I love reading cliche books and I think most people do too (as a guilty pleasure).

I just feel cliche books are safety net for us readers, because we basically already know what's gonna happen BUT we still read because we just want to see what makes this one different.

And yes, yes I do believe every cliche book is different.

Some don't think so but I think EVERY book is different from one another (unless you copied it word for word)

Small things like the way a character/s personality is, the way they react to something, or just simply the way a character says something, is what keeps me reading cliche books.

OH, I also feel like writing a cliche book would be a good start for a new writer. Like maybe you've never written a story before and you just want to see how you do.

Writing a cliche book can be helpful.

You pretty much have a good plotline ready for you, all you just have to add your own personal touches to it.

SO if you want to try out writing, and have no idea what to write,  I suggest writing a cliche book.

But anyway

Until next time✌️💋
