Chapter 9

After our music battle (By the way we won because half way through Zach and his friends turned off the music and left)

Cody, Drake, Logan, Drew, Angela and I decided to go out for ice cream. It is 12:30 when we got to the ice cream place.

"I am going to buy yours so pick whatever you want" Drew whispered in my ear.

"Ok" I said with a nod.

I looked at the flavors when Cody came over to me.

"Drew is buying yours right?" Cody asked

"Yeah. You know that I am his date to the party tonight right?" I asked

"Yeah of course. Drew asked me before he asked you to go" Cody said

"Oh ok" I said

"What did you say?" Cody asked

"I said yes" I said

"Ok just make sure if he try's anything come to me and I will hurt him ok" Cody said

"Ok" I said

Drew walked over to us and wrapped an arm around my shoulders.

Cody walked over and ordered his ice cream.

"What do you want?" Drew asked

"Umm... Root beer float" I said smiling

Drew kissed my cheek and nodded.

I went over to Angela who is sitting and talking to Logan.

"I saw that.." Angela said

"Saw what?" I asked

"Drew kissing your cheek" Cody whispered in my ear, annoyed.

"Whatever" I said rolling my eyes.

"Here you go" Drew said giving me on Root beer float.

"Thanks" I said with a smile

"No problem" Drew said with a smile also.

I say down next to Angela. Drew sat next to me.

I heard a bell that is at the front door of the ice cream place.

I looked and saw Zach and his friends smirking at us.

"Shit" Logan cursed.

Zach caught my gaze and smirked. I started giving him a death glare.

"Lets go get ready for this party tonight" Drake said

We all got up a s left.
