"Suji, do you remember which restaurant Mija said?"

She shook her head and smiled. I was tempted to take Suji back to my house and cook dinner for just the two of us. Mija is hardly on time and her directions are never the best.

As I held Suji's hand, we continued to walk down the city sidewalk. Suddenly, she gripped my hand tighter as if she was holding on for dear life.

"What is it Suji?" I asked her as my heart raced in anxiousness.

"CAN WE GO IN THERE SHAE? PLEASE!" She all but screamed to me.

"Go where?" My were eyes wide and my nerves are still trying to recover from my pacing heart.

Suji began pulling me into a small store that we stood next to.

I didn't have a chance to read the name of the store but once I stepped inside, there wasn't a need for me to. A huge display of a familiar name caught my attention. Now I know what fueled Suji's desire to be here. She quickly pulled me to it and I couldn't help but stare. There were so many items it was hard for me to keep my eyes on just one.

My heart skipped multiple beats seeing him this way. It was almost scary.

I made a vow to avoid places like this because of him but having a best friend and her sister who are huge fans make it difficult, not to mention quite awkward for me. Honestly, there isn't a place here in Seoul I can't go without seeing their face. Everywhere is a constant reminder of our secret and how much I'm missing him.

I felt my phone vibrate against me. I released Suji's hand to answer it.

It was a voice call from him.

Suddenly I felt nervous to answer, thinking that he could see me which was a silly thought but still glanced around the store nervously before answering.

"H-Hello?"

"Hi." He spoke ever so deeply sending chills that crawled over my skin. "What are you doing?" he asked.

My attention instantly caught a solo photo of him that was on the display Suji and I were near. "Looking at you." I smiled, anticipating his response.

He started interrogating me in his native tongue, an instant reaction from him to switch when he's caught off guard. I couldn't help but giggle while translating him. My teeth gripped my bottom lip as I continued to stare at the display. "Do I have to say it out loud?"

"Shae, can I look over there? Please?" Suji asked.

I turned to where she pointed. "Sure Suji. Not too far, okay?" I smiled, granting her freedom to roam.

"Who was that?" Taehyung asked.

"My, you're so curious today. So full of questions you are." I teased.

"Are you going to tell me?" There was a bit of impatience in his voice that made me grin. It's not often that I hear him slightly agitated. I found humor in this.

"If you must know, I'm in a novelty store. A KPOP novelty store with my best friend's sister, Suji who is a ten year old fan of the beloved BTS." I spoke.

It made me shudder to recite that name. It never falls from my lips as I try to avoid it all together in effort to keep his work life separate from us.

Sometimes, it can be a bit hard.

"Hmm," he grunted his response.

I found myself wishing I could see the expression that went along with it.
