Let's begin with rule#1 in order to survive remain as invisible as possible. Sure it's harder then it looks but these people enjoy breaking these other kids . My appearance makes it a bit easier, having pitch black hair pale skin and silver eyes nothing that stands out to much. Being plain leads them to believe I'm boring and wouldn't intertain their twisted minds. I learned to do what I'm asked don't talk to much and don't ask questions, they like it that way. Since I made this rule they like me more and I don't get picked for many meaningless experiments. I think the kids that grew up here are the only ones aware, that's why you hear crying then... silence.
All the older kids often take care of the younger ones, if your underlings misbehave you get punished. That's why you shouldn't try to hard to be nice and good to the workers. They think your good enough to teach the kids I'm 13 so I'm old enough but I have been overlooked for the job. It might be because I have trauma, phycopath tendencies, or have sociopathic thoughts but I'm pretty sure it's rule 1#. After all the kid that strangles others for fun got underlings cause he kisses up to adults.
