She reaches down toward her feet and pulls off the heels that started hurting her feet. She took them off one by one and threw them on the passenger side without a care.

Leaning toward the backseat floor, she grabbed some grey bunny slippers she had in case she needed them, sliding them onto her feet.

Leaning forward, she bumps her head on the steering wheel with another sigh. "I hate being an adult." She confesses to no one in particular. "There's no way in hell I'm getting that job."

Just as she starts pulling out of the parking lot, a familiar ringtone begins to play through the car's speakers from her phone being connected to it through Bluetooth.

She easily presses the 'answer' button on the steering wheel while merging into traffic.

"What?"

"What did I tell you about answering the phone like that?"  Luna rolls her eyes at the sound of her annoying brother on the other end.

"What do you want Jimin?"  She places her arm by the window as she drives, resting her temple against her knuckles.

"I want a nice greeting from my little sister."  Jimin says being stubborn.  "Hello brother, nice to hear your lovely voice—How are you doing big brother, how's life?" He says mockingly.  "My life is fine, thanks for asking."

"Don't you have a fiancée to attend to at home?"  She asks, raising an eyebrow, coming to a red light.

"Nope."  He says dramatically.  "She left me to get her nails done."  He confesses, a pout could be heard in his voice.

"Oh you poor thing."  Luna says sarcastically.  "Must be so hard being without her for an hour."

"I know."  He says.  "It feels like forever."

Luna shakes her head, the light turning green again making her begin driving again.  "Why are you on my phone?"

"To check up on my sister."  He says as if it wasn't obvious.  "And what bit you in the ass this morning?"

"Life."  She says bluntly.  "It bites me repeatedly every day."

"Another bad interview?"  He asks.

Luna sighs, not replying.

"I'll take that as a yes."

"I just," She releases a frustrated groan.  "I just don't know what to do.  I keep trying time after time, but I just keep getting rejected time after time. It's a never ending cycle."

Shuffling is heard on the other side of the line.  When it stops, Jimin's inhale and exhale is audible to Luna.   "It'll get better.  You're fresh out of college with a bachelors degree.  You're just going through a rough start, it'll get better in the end.  You're only 22."  He tries to reassure her and it doesn't work as well as he hoped it would.

"You're 23, Jimin.  You're only 23, soon to be 24 and you already own a successful dance studio, you have good income coming in, you own your own house, you're getting married—you have your whole life set for you.  But what about me, huh?"  She says, disappointment evident in her voice.  "It's like life just gave up on me. I depended on your money for college, I don't own my own house, I'm not in a relationship, I can't seem to get a job successfully despite me going to college, and don't get me started about our parents." She explains.
